Ordered a hybrid water heater, never received a confirmation though my account was debited. Scheduled a delivery, never received a hi, bye, kiss my butt. This may be the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. The owner has to know how bad it is. Potomac Edison is about a 1.3. rating, this company might not make a 1. If I knew it was going to be like this I would have never ordered the water heater. ***So this is an update the water heater did arrive from Ferguson with a days notice still most people would have trouble dealing with these kind of business policies.

I don’t know why I received a box of nonsense on my doorstep, I don’t know if this is a scam or if my someone is just funneling a “government hand out” to this company but there’s no reason I would need to replace the box of random energy efficiency stuff I received unsolicited last year or the year before. Who paid for this?? Taxpayers when our government claims we can’t afford to feed kids and sick people? What a SCAM.
Do I sell it or junk it or what?

Used points earned from AEP Electric to order a new thermostat. It appears that Techniart does the shipping. Contacted them a week after ordering was told it would be 15 days before shipping! Interesting that they got a USPS tracking number!

Charged 3x what the order confirmation page said, and there is NO customer service to fix the issue. Doing a chargeback on the credit card appears to be the only resolution.

I have dealt with many companies in my life and Techniart has got to be among the worst ever. Completely disregards any attempt at communication while continuously sending the same boiler plate email updates. I only used them for access to AEP's Rewards program and have never received my order.

This is a scam! My energy company refuses to help me with the techniart thermostat that was promoted to me through my energy company and they said there is nothing they can do! I called techniart I have left several voicemails. I have never talked to a live person and they refuse to take the money off of my bill at my energy company. I am living and I will get legal aid involved.

Terrible company. They sent us the wrong product and refuse to make it right. I have filed a chargeback with my credit card company and will get my attorney involved if needed. Stay away from this business at all costs.

*Warning* AVOID this business at all costs. They are horrible. They shipped my package to the wrong address. I tried everything to fix it but because nobody at Techniart responds it ended up being sent to the wrong address. If they had bothered to do their jobs correctly or even to do anything this could have been avoided. Not one employee here is competent or even bothers to do anything. I dont know how they are in business. Every aspect of dealing with Techniart was a nightmare. Avoid this place at all costs.

Half Star which is not an option.\nI ordered over one month ago with TechniArt a 22 pint Dehumidifier and have not received the merchandise yet. Mind you this came in through as if it came directly from my electric company. After 3 emails I still have not heard from this company. I placed this order on 04/04/2023. They did send a tracking number in which UPS is stating they sent a message to TechniArt asking where is the package it's showing in their system as LOSS. Please I would like a full refund or the merchandise I ordered.

ComEd in the Chicago area uses this company to sell discounted bulbs, thermostats, etc.The problem is that credit card charges appear under TechniArt Inc, but Comed doesn't warn you.I reported that charge as "fraudulent" with my credit card company and caused them to cancel my credit card and replace it with a new number. This is a sign of a SCHLOCK operations - BOTH ComEd and TechniArt Inc.They are causing undue confusion to their customers.I expect no less from a FRAUDULENT conpany such as ComEd is.ComEd was found GUILTY of paying off lawmakers in IL in order to ripoff their customers by raising utlilty bills.

My aunt received lighting items through PSE&G in NJ, and was very happy with them.

I placed an order for the first time with this company. When my order was received it was short 6 lights. I called and was automatically put on hold until an automated message instructed me to leave a message (which I do not anticipate a return call) and to also send an email. I left a message and sent an email. After sending the email, I received a auto return message saying they are experiencing a high degree of emails and that I should call the number that told me to send an email. If a company is receiving so many complaints that they cannot answer them all or respond to emails within an acceptable amount of time, that pretty much tells me that I will NEVER do business with this company again. What a disappointment. I'm not expecting to receive the bulbs they shorted. I'll give it 2 weeks and if I do not receive the bulbs or a call or email response, I'll go through my bank and have the amount I paid for the bulbs I was shorted return. It wasn't much but if they short every customer $13 on every order, that a pretty good profit for this company. I'm hoping I receive the lights, but because this is my first experience with this company and it's definitely not a good experience, I will not be ordering from this company again.
