“Amended: sometimes you have a rough experience and the company never recovers, but not in this case. Columbia Ford recovered from a fall like an olympic gymnast. I left the dealership without everything "they owed" and communication afterward was spotty at best. Once the manager got involved, he treated my wife like a queen and exceeded any expectations we previously had, even letting her work from an office while her car got the extras installed. A+ service, and worth a second chance if you ever felt disappointed.”
