Best service I have ever had from a hardware store. On my first visit upon movingto the area I bought 2 ladders from here and realized they wouldn’t fit in my car. Stupid mistake but Kevin offered without hesitation to put them in his truck and do the 30 min round trip to my place. He wouldn’t accept any gratuity or fuel money. Since then he Jeremy and D’artagnan have given not only excellent service but the best advice and tradesmen referrals. Love this place.

We had a wonderful experience during our purchase of Trex Decking supplies. We had over 600 Square. FT of Trex Decking that were purchased. And the material was delivered without any mistakes. I worked directly with Tracy and Terry S. , they were both wonderful to work with. Tracy was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to assist us in picking out the right Trex Decking for the project. She made sure that we were pleased and informed every step of the way. Tracy and Terry S. were eager to help us and provided exceptional customer service beyond our expectation. We were informed every step of the way and delivery + product were spot on. They also had a great variety of Trex Decking selections for all budgets, with great warrantee. This store is a hidden gem with anything you may need. Tracey is amazing!!! She was able to thoroughly answer any questions we had, and was very knowledgeable and polite.

These folks are very helpful. And for a small store front, it's actually very deep and had a lot of specific hardware. Yes, their prices will not beat the big chain stores. But you can be done with your errands here in 5 minutes or less sometimes.

I called this morning to inquire about whether a product was in stock. Dartanian answered the phone and was very polite and professional. When I arrived it was also Dartanian who directed me to the correct area, and he rang me out as well. He made my trip during this stressful time easy, and I am super grateful.

Employee POV: This is legitimately a really great place to work at. I've been working here for 4 months and it's pretty much smooth sailing all around. Current coworkers are great people and always ready to help, and the current manager, Jeremie, not only keeps things light here but is always willing to help both customers and employees. That isn't to say he's a pushover though, in fact he can be firm but only when he has to be. In general though, if he sees a problem he'll point it out and offer constructive criticism over it. At the bare minimum you gotta at least be a quick learner as far as taking care of transactions goes and figuring out where everything is. If you have a good knowledge of hardware, plumbing, automotive, etc, that's always recommended. It's also recommended to have a level of innovative thinking since a lot of the tasks require creative problem solving. Overall, my experience here has been fantastic and doesn't feel like just a source of income. I feel like I'm learning relevant skills in customer service and critical thinking, as well as hardware.
