Diego was so helpful today!My phone was switched somewhere during transit when I sent it in for a trade in.Hours of calls with customer service took me nowhere.I seriously thought I have to switch to a different service provider after being with AT&T for as long as I remember.Thank goodness for Diego, he immediately looked into the situation and provided me with the best, professional and efficient customer service ever.Thanks to Diego, I am going to stay with AT&T. And I will always do business at this location.I have to say, I've always had great experiences at this location.

Diego was fantastic!!! Went in with a slight issue transferring cellular to a new phone. While it took me two hours at home and fail it took him less than 10 minutes in store to fix it. He helped to guarantee I would use this store again!

This has been the worst experience moving from Verizon to AT&T. I purchased two new phones and moved over another iPhone and iPad from my Verizon account. I have been to store 4 times and called three different times with my last call lasting 1hour 14mins. For some reason they couldn't port the iPhone from Verizon over, I got 2 different SIM cards and was charged for them each time. The last call the agent was able to finally get the phone working. AT&T should be paying me for my time and frustration. Good luck if your thinking of using AT&T

I went in and had one of the best experiences I’ve ever had in a att store. Very friendly and attentive staff definitely made me feel welcome from right when I walked in to when I was leaving. I live in Stamford but definitely will be driving to this store anytime I need to go in to an att store.
