The "board of trustees" cares much more about mitigation, quarantines and forced-masking than actual early childhood development. Our two children missed so much school this year (which wasted thousands of our dollars) for anti-science rules that make absolutely no sense whatsoever while our oldest child attending public elementary school has missed ZERO days due to exposures, in a school that is 10x the size of Bridges. It's sad because the teachers are fantastic and "leadership" put them in a very tough situation, which was completely unnecessary and clearly driven by their severe paranoia and delusion rather than any real science, factual data or even common sense. I haven't been allowed in my children's school in over two years. I have missed so many great times that are afforded to parents at all the other schools in town. While our 5-year old will move on to the amazing elementary school my oldest son attends (which doesn't have illogical policies like Bridges), we are pulling our youngest son from this school and enrolling him in another preschool in town which has none of the rules that Bridges enforces to this day. We will miss the teachers very much (especially Mrs. G.) and we wish them the best. On the other hand, the "board of trustees" destroyed what was once a fabulous school and should immediately step down and be permanently barred from being associated with children and education. They are a disgrace and should be ashamed of themselves.
