Always great recommendations and they can get just about anything you want, including non-wine spirits. Definitely drop in, tell them you read my review and recommendation. I don't get anything from this, just the satisfaction of helping a great local business with really nice people.”

“Big fan of Sipsters right here. I enjoy going back there because Alex remembers me and remembers my tastes. It’s the only wine store I go to where there’s an actual personal element to it. Alex has been great at recommending wines that he knows I’ll like, and also some unexpected gems. Its a really interesting selection and at good prices. My fave wine store in the area!”

“The store is much much bigger than you could even imagine. You walk in and it seems as if you’d enter the mecca of wine & spirits. The staff is incredibly helpful in guiding me through some decisions and educating me on my choices. They even carried the bottles to my car. You come for a quick stop but stay for the hospitality and abundant wine selection! I’ll be coming back for the tastings too.”

They often host Friday tastings, whether it’s wine or something else fun, and occasionally feature live music like piano performances, which just adds to the charm. Honestly the vibe here is unmatched, and I genuinely look forward to stopping by, whether it’s at the end of a long week or just to brighten my day. This shop is filled bottle by bottle country by country region by region and plot by plot with the finest procured selection of wine CT has to offer. All the staff are super educated and the key word EXPERIENCED in all things grapes.
