“I worked with this store when I switched from Verizon to AT&T last year and the service for moving over my family was good. A few months later, I noticed that one of the promotions was never applied to my bill. After being told many times it would be taken care of by the store manager, I was very disappointed when nothing was ever done to resolve the matter.
I recently went into the store and met the new manager, Juan Olivarez. After a short conversation explaining the issue, he assured me he’d look into it and work to get it resolved. After waiting months, he had the credit applied within a week and text me directly to confirm it was done. It’s so refreshing to do business with someone at a big company who actually does what they say they’re going to do. I will continue doing business with this store, especially so long as Juan is these!”

He needed to call ATT business and was on hold for close to an hour, but was able to resolve my issue when no one else was willing or able to. He also assisted several other customers while we were waiting, and was great overall with everyone.”
