Always helps us and accommodates us whenever we need oil deliveredJust today, I made the mistake of letting our oil get far too low, I called asking if we could get it delivered tomorrow (very short notice). They took the initiative to deliver on the same day. Simply amazing, great people.

Bob Jr and Andy just finished installing an Energy Kinetics System 2000 in my home. I am very happy that I went with this system and American Fuel Oil for the installation. I can't even hear the unit run unlike my old boiler and it should be very energy efficient. I would highly recommend American Fuel Oil. This was my first experience with this company and they did an amazing installation job. The installation was very neat, all valves are labeled and Bob cleaned up the work area with it looking better than before they arrived. Bob and Andy are 2 of the nicest people you will ever meet. It was a real pleasure getting to know them during the installation. It is nice seeing a contractor who takes pride in both his work and in delivering amazing customer service. I am looking forward to meeting Bob Sr. when he comes to deliver my oil !

Professional, transparent, punctual, and reasonably priced. They service a furnace and supply fuel to my home in East Hartford. The tech who visits goes above and beyond during the annual inspection by replacing the air filter and checking the aging oil tank for rust

We had numerous quotes from regional companies for our new Energy Kenetics boiler and American Fuel was not only a bit less expensive but also the most detailed in their quote as well as very professional. Bob did an outstanding job with the installation and was very meticulous in the other work that we had done. Everything was done correctly and on time. It’s been 5 months and there hasn’t been any need to have anything adjusted. Couldn’t have been happier with the job they did.

If you live in an area that they are able to service, you are silly for choosing elsewhere. Not only are they competent and professional, but they are genuinely good people. Had one of their HVAC technicians (Andy) at my residents to fix a problem and he was very transparent as to what he was doing and how it was addressing the issue I was having. Give this local company your business, their prices are competitive with the big companies in the area and they do a better job.

They are an amazing family run business that really care about their customers, and I couldn't say enough about how great they are. Always courteous over the phone and great at explaining everything.Bob Jr. serviced my heater in January and discovered the previous owner didn't have it calibrated properly. Then today, I found I had no heat and he came out within the hour. Turns out I ran out of oil (oil heat is new to me as I always had electric or gas in the Midwest), and Bob Sr. was out shortly to fill me up, and before the Nor'easter too!If you're looking for oil delivery or service on your furnace, look no further than American Fuel Oil!
