Have always gone here and there is constantly no one at the register. Self-checkout does not work with my CVS card for some reason so I always avoid the self-checkout. I went there this morning around 10:00am and stood and waited at the register for over 15 minutes before a worker even noticed I was there. I am not one to write reviews but this was absurd. The store was empty with maybe 3 other customers there. There was no reason for me to be standing there waiting for 15 minutes.

The CVS store is fine. But the inability to speak to a human being regarding my prescriptions makes me want to switch to Walgreens. I hate your pharmacy.

Was here about 8:20 pm on 04/04/24 and the young cashier boy seemed to have such an aditude about helping me with the self check out.
Why do you work in customer service/retail yet have such a disgusting tone with the customers?
Honestly makes me not want to come here and I'll just go to Walgreens across the street if that's the service I get here.

The pharmacy staff, at this location, are friendly and expedient. If they don't have something in stock they give a polite explanation (not an excuse!) and problem solve while waiting for said product to come in. In my specific case, they found that the CVS down the street (632 Middle Turnpike, Storrs, CT 06268) had the needed medication. The staff made ALL arrangements for me to retrieve said medication there. Now that's Team Work!! ♥️ Many thanks to this pharmacy team and the pharmacy team at Middle Turnpike, Storrs locations. Please keep working together to serve our community.

I wish my insurance allowed me to go elsewhere so unfortunately I’m stuck with this pharmacy. Most employees are rude and not one of them will do what they can to help. They all (in the pharmacy anyway) do the absolute bare minimum for their customers.

The store is clean and well stocked. I love being able to get my flu shots etc there. All the employees but one have been helpful and kind. I also love the savings with the card!

Pure incompetence! I scheduled a 10:15am booster appointment. I showed up on time with my two year old in tow. They weren't in the least prepared for people to arrive for their shots. As other people lined up behind me they still had no organization between the four staff members. Of course after 20 mins of waiting for my 10:15am appointment my child lost patience... as did I. Hard to get vaccinated and boosted when the "professionals" at this location are incompetent. Doubtful that they have a college degree in anything.
