I feel embarrassed for my town the worst people manage the place. The district manager and staff at this store are bad and need to be replaced i will be calling corporate already sent photos of the store to corporate. It's disgusting. The employees are lazy.

I'm embarrassed for the Town of Coventry and I'm not even a resident. I popped into this Dollar General with my daughter while waiting for a prescription at CVS across the street and the moment I walked in I was horrified and my anxiety levels arose immediately. What an absolute Crap Hole this place was. It was disgusting. You couldn't move a cart around, it was dirty, extremely cluttered, so many things on the floor, shelves in complete disray, boxes stacked up and untouched, no organization. It's clear a new manager is needed and a whole store reset with a good cleaning should be a top priority. I live the next town over in Andover, CT and our dollar general is wonderful and so isn't the manager. The store always has beautiful displays, it's clean, uncluttered, and easy to get around. Same with the Bolton, CT Dollar General which is also a surrounding town to Coventry. Coventry is a lovely town and I'm so sorry that their Dollar General is a poor representation of the area. I hope cooperate takes notice. I recommend NOT visiting this Dollar General.

Absolutely unkempt and dirty both store and manager/employees. Always disorganized. Overflow of items not selling while understocked with the products the consumers want.

Love the new dollar general greet. Enthusiasm from the new staff. Good people with great attitudes. Been there 3 times this past month. And always a welcoming smile from the staff as you enter. Shelves stocked easy finds and great prices speedy checkout. Great job.

This store. Has really turned around. I’ve noticed new. Managers and staff everyone is working hard. Very cordial customer service. Myself and my family frequent often. And we are glad to see the changes. Store looks great. Customer service. Great. We are happy. Keep up the great work

I don't know where to begin lol never enough Handicap Carts, Horrible Customer Service throughout The Store, never enough Cashiers, Don't take Cash at Self Checkout from The First to Third of every Month, Stores dirty, Etc Etc Etc
