I went to Thebiztech after 3 days of working on my pc and trying to fix my cpu cooler (overheating in my pc) and it was very frustrating. I bring it in to Jay and he fixes it in a hour. I was super happy with the work and he barely charged me any money. Great guy amazing service.

From pronouncing my previous laptop unfixable last summer to removing viruses etc from my new laptop after being hacked I couldn't be happier with the service Jay provides. His prices are very reasonable, he is also a pleasure to work with. I'm very happy with the virus protection he recommended to replace what I had. The yearly cost is less than 1 month of what I was paying.

Last summer I brought my laptop to Jay when it wouldnt start. He confirmed it was beyond help.
This year I brought my new laptop to him when it got hacked. He gave me great security advice and removed all issues he found. I had him install the security protection he recommended to replace what I had-the yearly cost for the new protection is less than the monthly amount I was paying!
Thank you Jay for not making me feel dumb too!

I have used BizTechs (Jay) a couple of times now and Jay always goes above and beyond. First experience was purchasing a refurbished computer which worked out great. Recently my computer was comprised due to an email virus. Jay looked at it immediately; resolved the issue; and honestly it now works even better than before! Highly recommend Jay - professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and very fair with pricing and service.

I was so thankful to have a high-rated tech repair place so close to UConn! I had a broken camera lens and I was able to have it fixed within 15 minutes here. Definitely recommend coming here for any tech issues!

When I tell everyone this I don’t mean this lightly I don’t write people or companies reviews but for this business they deserve nothing but the very best. My pc had been having problems for a while until one night it turned on to be stuck on a black screen so the next day I called around comparing prices and almost all of these businesses gave me no help whatsoever just money up front to just look at the computer until I came across “TheBizTechs”. I proceeded to call this business and tell owner my computer troubles and what does he do but instantly give me solution after solution over the phone like didn’t even bring up a price until I asked him which was almost like asking your really good friend who can fix computers questions. I then come in to the store and this man ends up figuring out my computer troubles in a single short afternoon while other places say it would take them days but to be sure every problem is fixed I keep it over night for him to continue to see if their is anything else wrong just to find out both my windows 11 and D drive is corrupted but this guy recovers every single file I had on the drive literally every single one. On top of everything as I’m there having small talk about upgrading my computer while waiting he proceeds to help me understand how to do small stuff like placing in ram in my pc and other smaller things while most places I been too would just ask for the money to do it there for me rather then just say it’s something easy like “this”. Honestly these big companies are here to scam every last dollar out of you just to tell you your computer isn’t working see it’s not turning on lol and ofc we want our stuff to be fixed but it’s a small growing business that cares about their customers that deserve every right thrive and this business deserves our communities continued support. DON’T GO TO BEST BUY GO TO THE BIZ TECHS. (Mind you out of everywhere in my area I checked they are very cheap for excellent work.)

Was very satisfied with the service. Brought my laptop in for a repair and Jay was very thorough with the job and even gave me a break on the price. Very timely and resourceful. Would come back here for all tech repair needs. Highly recommend.

Fantastic service, fast and reliable. My hard drive died, and they got it replaced and all updated in the same day! They even went through and cleaned my computer, so it looks brand new again! This will be my first and last place to call when I have problems with my computer.

There is a reason this business has 5 stars! I took my computer here having massive troubles with my CPU, turned out I needed a new one which Jay helped me find. When I took it back I had weird driver problems and super complicated software problems in my bios. Jay did EVERYTHING he could and figured a solution! I don’t give reviews often but this local business DESERVES it! customer for life now!

Came in the shop to fix an issue I had with opening windows on my desktop computer. They took the computer in for a repair with great pricing got the thing working like new again. With an extra bonus of 500 gb of storage which was well appreciated. Definitely recommend this repair shop to anyone in need!!
