We got new windows installed by Advanced Window Systems, every step of the process was amazing. From Zach, the sales rep, to Rafael, the installer. Just amazing work. We can't get over them. Rafael showed his craftsmanship in the work he did. We are obsessed with how great they look.

We are so happy with our new windows from Advanced Windows Systems ! Product specialist David Zajac consultation help us decide the best energy-efficient windows to match our home style. On instalation day , the crew arrived on time and worked with incredible efficiency. Dave and his team, were respectful of our home, using drop cloths and ensuring everything was spotless before they left.
We had 11 huge windows to be installed , and the team made such an impresion of their professional service. They took the time to explain the new locking mechanisms , how to clean them and lifetime warranty. They dispose of the old windows and left NO debris behind . Highly recomend the quality of windows and workmanship .

We couldn’t be more thrilled with the process of purchasing windows through AWS. DJ was so helpful in helping us choose our windows and in explaining the different options, the quality and the process. Pricing was very fair (we had Anderson quote us a ridiculous price and this was well under). The windows came in before expected and installation was quick and expertly done. We could immediately feel the difference in the room once the windows were installed. The standard window they sell is the premium upgrade Anderson window that costs an arm and a leg! I highly recommend using AWS.

I’m very pleased with Mr. Edison’s installation team! They took their time to make sure my new windows looked beautiful and left everything spotless when they were done. Their workmanship and attention to detail were excellent.
The only disappointment was with the AWS scheduling — my original installation was canceled just five minutes before the scheduled time. However, once the team arrived on the rescheduled day, they did an outstanding job.
Overall, I’m extremely happy with the installation and would definitely recommend Mr. Edison’s team!

Update: 8 yrs later.... there were mold issues on the window sashes that could be seen from the inside but was told they don't impact the effectiveness of the window. However after I complained, they did come out again and they made it right and they changed all the window sashes as needed on the affected windows. Therefore, I am increasing my review again since its now been repaired.

Windows are great, contractor was friendly and knew what he was doing! I've gotten lots of compliments on them already. Only thing is I didn't realize I'd have to do alot of touch up painting on my indoor trim after they were done. Other than that, I'm thrilled!

They did very good work! Using really good quality products. New tub to shower install was more expensive than I planned on paying. But I'm very happy with the ending result

Edison and his team worked fast, efficient, curious, clean and excellent at all 25 of my windows. Zack the salesman went above and beyond to answer all my questions, took his time explaining the experience and the product. He also fixed my problem I had quickly and without haste or negativity. I was very hesitant at first about the whole experience just because it is a big purchase price, but being in my new home for almost a year now I can already feel the difference in temperature and draft from new windows. My house is 124 years old, I had original windows, they didn't close all the way, the glass was broken and single pane. My new windows are in and it doesn't feel like I'm living outside anymore. I can't wait to see the difference this winter in my heating cost. Edison was educational and showed me step by step how to use and clean the windows. His team were perfect and polite. Zack is even stopping by tomorrow to double check everything and actually cared. It's not like other companies where it's just about the money. I can definitely say I would recommend AWS to anyone looking for windows and I will be calling them again when it's time for the doors. If anyone wants a referral and money off every window they do a referral program. Use my name Kim Durso and get the discount! It's worth it!

After reading some of the issues, it appears some of the problems should have been fixed by the company, as my house is old, I can envision problems with window replacement by this. Company. I’ll be moving on.

I’m so happy with our new windows! We just had 5 windows put in in the front of the house. The entire process was so easy. The customer service was great and the installation was meticulous. I highly recommend this company!
