These people have NO CUSTOMER SERVICE....I WENT IN TO GET CHANGE TO BREAK A 20. (SIMPLE - OTHER FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS DO THIS) THEY WOULDN'T..I HAD TO BE A MEMBER... YET I JUST GOT $ OUT THE ATM ....CRAP CUSTOMER SERVICE....AME.SURE. YOU NEVER GET AN ACCOUNT HERE..

I am giving it one star because when you call its impossible to talk to someone . I bank with webster and they pick up right away. This is my grandma bank and she had questions thats why I was calling for her she is 92. To be on hold more then a half hour is CRAZY .
