I have called Optioncare 6 times over 8 mos the change in my son's primary ins and yet no bill to the primary yet but billing CT Medicaid who now won't pay the claim because they know my son has prim ins. So frustrating. Sure enough they'll try to drop him because of their ineptness.

Terrible billing department. I closed out my account because the billing was so erratic and paid my balance in full and asked them if there were any other charges and she told me no. Months later I get a bill for 10.64 which I refuse to pay and have written this fact to them several times. I have also tried to call several times and keep getting transferred and disconnected. Finally I got a man who seemed like he understood and was going to speak to his supervisor. I was on hold waiting for him to get back to me for 20 minutes then the phone disconnected and no body called me back. I think this has been sent to a collections agency. Who is running the show here ? I call with billing question, and get a call center in another country. They are unable to help. I call ALL the other numbers I have. I keep getting transferred. I am getting charged for items from 2021, after paying my account in full many times since then. They promised me an audit of my account, and I'm still waiting for that. I have not received my supplies after countless requests. I've never dealt with such an inept company in my life. They don't deserve the one star I rated them. double zero for me.

We’re suppose to get our supplies every three months it’s four months because of the 30 day waiting period. Should be able to order every two months and add the 30 days to that. What happens when you run out like I did? One pillow is good for one month then it looses the seal. Can this be fixed?

Been getting my cpap supplies for years here. Now I can't get my supplies I've been waiting 3 months. Can't get answers or anybody to call me back at this point.

Worst DME company EVER!!!!! Have been with them for YEARS unfortunately and the last several years they have “forgotten” to send me the info for reordering supplies, I have called them and always get some kind of blame on someone else. I just spoke with them for the LAST time when she stopped me from talking and asked me if “would allow her to finish” all I am doing is trying to get my new machine! If your doctor sends you for something here, tell them to go elsewhere. You have been warned! I don’t know anyone of my friends that have to go through this at other DME companies.

I understand that the purpose of every business is to make profit. However, this should be fair for both the supplier and the customer (in this case, patients). Medical supplies are expensive but Bioscrip is making this harder. We should be able to pick our supplies as needed. Instead we get an email stating that its time for more to replace CPAP supplies, and we don't have any other choice than a yes or no. Following the order, I start getting huge mail boxes (unnecessary & expensive shipping cost) for small items such as filters. Everything comes separate (which I guess adds some $$$$ to the bill). And then at the very end, we get the huge bill on the mail for unwanted supplies. The funny thing is that I had to wait months to get my order, but the bill was on the mail right after! Being sick is a luxury these days and this is just frustrating.

Started cpap on March 20thThere is supposed to be a resupply every 3 months for some supplies and 6 months for others.on SEPTEMBER 20th (so 7 months after) i started a game of phone tag with every single person on the planet to have my supplies get ACKNOWLEDGED as not being sent out.I was told originally it would take 2 weeks. I've since been told WHEN I FOLLOWED UP OF MY OWN ACCORD 2 WEEKS AFTER, that it 15-20 business days. I can tell you today is business day 21. Four weeks.If you call their line, it say it will be 24-48 hours for a response. I can assure you, they have not followed up.This is a failure of a service. This should be absolute routine.

I have a disabled son that is 3yrs old I had to switch companies because this company is the worst they have no respect and simply do not care about providing for what you need for supplies the staff is rude and I always had a malfunctioning Gtube pump for my child I do not recommend this company to anyone AT ALL‼️
Julia in Nutrition was rude very rude and every time I asked for a supervisor she refused to give me a supervisor I don’t recommend this company to anyone at all

This place is terrible! They are not interested in customer service. They only want your money. My insurance member number changed and they are charging me over $150 dollars because I did not notify them.

If I could give Bioscript a 0 i would. I have received invoices with another patients name addressed to me. They will continue to bill you for services that were not provided and do not honor a signed contract. When you can reach customer service they can and will not answer any question you have. the invoices that come from Mass. with a phone number to contact they will tell you they do not service CT. I have been waiting over 6 months to correct the billing and no one can answer any questions. I did get someone back in June of 2021 that called say they were going to get to the bottom of this well it's a August and nothing has been rectified. I think people need to start calling the CT attorney generals office.

If I could give Bioscrip a (0) I would. I have received invoice with another patient’s name on it. They do not hone signed contracts and bill you different amounts for services not provided. If you call the number on the invoice they tell you they don’t serve CT. I’ve been waiting over six months to rectify this issue with no avail. I think the CT attorney general’s office should be the next contact for this company

Horrible customer serve , no one ever answers the phone , you might get a call back and when you do they don’t seem to know what they are doing or can answer your questions , if you read the comments you will see nothing ever changes,
