“It's the unexpected stuff that impresses.
Now my car took a month to repair, and I 100% understand, because it's a Tesla, and even I know as a consumer that ordering parts from them is a horrendous and mysterious process... given that challenge, not to mention $10,000+ of total damage, I'd say the turnaround time was excellent.
I got lots of updates from the team along the way, I even visited the car while the work was in progress, nice team of professionals doing really good work. Sara the administrative professional and Todd the body shop expert specifically.
And oh my god, the back half of my 11-year old car looks NEW. They also detailed the thing inside and out, so the rest of the car looks tremendous upon delivery. I even got new rear door seals and even the stock rear diffuser as part of the fix.
Definitely choose them for AAA insurance repairs, and I assume a number of other companies too...”
