Don’t leave items unattended at this location. In the bathroom for not even 5 mins & someone took an item from my cart that had my personal belongings in it. Completely ghetto!

Went in to buy a fathers day gift. Stock was empty. Found a cup and bottle opener combo after leaving the store and seeing i was missing the opener I went back in to exchange the cup the lady at the front desk thought I ripped of the opener then thought when I brought another cup with the ripped off opener she thought I purposely had broken that cup to get the opener when all of the cups were already ripped open horrible customer service awful selection worst Burlington in this area by far

I literally can not believe how absolutely rude and unprofessional the workers are here. There was a line and we asked if the girl behind the counter that was doing nothing if she could open a register. She said “ no” we got called to the register next to her and she then called the next customer that happened to be her friend. We complained to the supervisor how that was rude. And she didn’t seem to care much. The cashiers name is I believe Samaya. Honestly if you don’t want to do your job then don’t have a job.

I called and spoke to Skylar the store manager about an issue with a return, he was very pleasant and told me to come in and he made sure we got our money back .I will be back thanks to Skylar !!

I like this store for discounted beauty items, but today:Male cashier racially profiled two customers in front of me who spoke Spanish- Cashier asked to see their license after he scanned their items, and then asked for their social security number/ card- And scanned their money which was only a $20 and $5 bill- I witnessed this and when it was my turn, he didn’t ask me any of those questions. He just scanned my stuff and gave me my receipt, and was extremely friendly to me, but was very highly suspicious of the two men before me, for no reason.- Is this part of the job? Because this is not morally right- I was going to say something when I saw this, but I’d rather not make a scene. But it seriously angered me.

IT IS ACTUALLY HORRENDOUS the way my family and I got treated. The cashier was attending someone else, and we were waiting patiently. The person behind us was waiting as well, but when we get called she starts yelling about she has one thing to return and we were not letting her pass. She did not whatsoever say a word about this before. So we had no clue what she was talking about. The cashier goes "it's ridiculous the way they all act like this way right, as if they are entitled to something". WHAT????? This is pure racism. My family and I are all hispanics and we were raised that way. She later on proceeded to look my mom up and down. I was very upset and just left. I do not tolerate anyone's behavior like this at home or at work, and I will certainly not tolerate it in public.

This store has to have an asbestos problem or something. Whenever I come in, my nose burns. Its almost unbearable to the point where I can’t breathe.
