Muffler hangar rotted away and the exhaust pipe dropped right at the muffler. Brought it to the shop on Tuesday morning. They did a complete diagnostic. Replaced the muffler and main exhaust pipe. Got the car back on Wednesday afternoon. Rodney is very easy to talk to and informative. Bringing my car there next Wednesday to have four new wheels put on with a balance and alignment.

Just wanted to make Veterans and people with disabilities who have a service dogs aware of a Cromwell Automotive This business is not veteran or ADA friendly.
I attempted to have my emissions done there and they refused due to my service dog. They claimed that they were told by the CT department of motor vehicles in an email that service dogs were not allowed in the building during emissions testing. I brought the dog outside but the owner then came out and informed me they would not run the test and I had to "get off the property" when I tried to talk to him about it he threatened to call the police. I contacted the CT emissions program and they said they never sent out an email to any business about service dogs, and that they don't know why I was told that.

I'm definitely new to plows, I went to a few places then ended up at Cromwell automotive. Thank God! These guys were awesome! Very knowledgeable, they were able to get a plow on in 1 day! Everywhere else was 3 to 4 weeks! I'm grateful for these guys. When I showed up and picked the truck up Rodney made sure somone went out with me and showed me how everything works then they watched me go over the same steps just to make sure I was confident with my new equipment.
