Went here with my girlfriend and my mother. Service was fair but prices were not. I got some facial waxing done and was charged about double the price that was listed. I spoke to man at front desk about this and he said they haven’t updated their prices for waxing and basically that there is nothing they can do. I was charged way more than expected and they wouldn’t not do anything. Almost like I got your money now what? I told man at the front desk I would not be back. He didn’t seem to care at all. This place is overpriced and like to charge more than what’s listed.

Anne was my nail tech and did an awesome job. We were greeted with a warm welcome and a quick seat. I got the spa manicure and pedicure combo. Both were very relaxing paired with a leg and hand massage.
A lot of nail colors to choose from so you can't be disappointed.
**The menu prices in store are NOT UPDATED!! So expect an up charge! We got a brow, lip and chin combo for the menu price of $20 but was charged $35. We brought this to the owners attention but shrugged it off.
**Never get my nails done, so the UV gel on my hands needed some getting used to. I'm not sure if the gel supposed to burn the nails, but I had to remove my hands a few times further away from the UV light.

I gave 3 stars because the lady who did my nails was very kind and my rating doesn’t reflect her service. But the guy making the prices needs to do better. He quoted me $37 for an acrylic fill with gel polish and I walk out paying $60. They charge for every little thing and they initiate the service! My regular nail lady was on vacation, only reason I went here. My nail wasn’t even broken, she offered to replace it because it had hair dye on it and she charged me! She asked if I wanted them a little shorter and she charged me. I only wanted her to paint the tips of my nails instead of the entire nail ( less work) they charged me $10! They do not clean under your nails, clip dead skin around your nails or give you the hot towel hand massage or lotion. All of that must be extra!! Then, they pretend the credit card machine doesn’t work so you must use their ATM machine! Not going back. Over charged for some glitter and services that are usually free at my regular place.

I am so happy I found Crystal Nails. I travel over 40 minutes just to get my nails done at this salon. I get a gel manicure and pedicure and the gel lasts soooo long. Well over the 2 week mark. I’m not sure if it’s the brand of polish or the technique used but it lasts. I work with my hands and other salons and polish usually chip or crack within the first week. Highly recommended!

Where do I even begin?? I have been going to Crystal Nails now for about 3 years. I wouldn't go anywhere else! Everyone there is skilled in nails and they go the extra mile to accommodate! I have extra ticklish feet, and this is the only salon where I get pedicures! I'm a regular, and I go for manicures every 2-3 weeks and in 3 years I have been delighted-every time!
Highly recommend !

im never one to leave bad reviews, but this was one of the worst nail experiences i've ever had. i've been going here for a few years now and every year it gets worse. the staff is always rushing and switching people around to fit in all the customers, leaving no time to focus on the task at hand. I asked for a simple french tip and my nails were lumpy, uneven and poorly painted. I paid 80$ for the ugliest acrylics i've ever had. will not be returning and do not recommend!

I got a spa pedicure here yesterday and it went so poorly. I had hives on my legs from the scrub that they used and she had cut my toe when she was cleaning up the cuticles and it's now swollen. She was so rude, which I usually don't mind as long as it's a good job. But I couldn't be more disappointed in my experience here.

I went to this nail salon, for the first time today, while I was getting tires at Firestone. I loved it. Salon was clean. Kim did my nails and she was so sweet. She did an amazing job. There were two girls there that said they have been going to this salon since high school… which was a hell of a testimonial for them. Kim said she has had customers for 15+ years that still frequent the salon! I will surely visit again the next time I’m in the area!! Give this place a shot! :)

I've really tried to like this place, I've been 3 times. It's just so bad. Always too crowded, they need to rearrange their setup. I never like how my acrylics come out, they rush so much. I went recently just to get my acrylics off, which I told the lady before I sat down, and then when I did sit down she asked in a very rude way why I didn't pick a color. She starts aggressively ripping my nails off, I assumed she was gonna soak them off so it wouldn't ruin my nails. I have never been to a nail salon where they rip them off instead of soaking them off. If I wanted my nails to look horrible I would've just ripped them off myself instead of paying someone else to do it in a worse way. I specifically asked her to not cut my real nails, and had to remind her 3 times because she kept cutting them. She said they were just gonna break off anyway and when I said no it's okay you can leave them, I'll file them myself, she rolled her eyes and then held up my hand to the lady working next to her and said something in their language, and they laughed. Literally right in front of my face. I was appalled to say the least. This is the same woman who cut my friends finger and didn't wipe the blood off, it had dripped down from her cuticle to the bottom of her finger, and the lady just left it there. Don't go to Crystal Nails.
