If I could leave a zero I would they would Moy give My brand new 60 dollar vape back on Oct 22nd at around 9 I needed staff to look in store instead was locked out and staff said they would not look they were closed and basically to screw myself so never go in on weds evening if u expect to deal with staff with integrity

Disrespectful and rude store manager.
Also the store had some nice stuff, but it was way too hot inside. It felt like the AC was either broken or just not turned on. I couldn’t browse for more than a few minutes without getting uncomfortable. This summer has been way too hot already so it really took away from the shopping experience..I can’t imagine what the employees must feel like. I hope they fix the temperature soon

Went to find an item that was in stock. Two people working on Sunday, Sept.22 around 2pm both shrugged me off saying they didn’t know or it was probably in the boxes in back. Then just walked away from me.

Staff are rude, and invsid personal space, reading check out screen over my shoulder like a freaken wak job, store is dirty and sticky. My 6 yr slipped in some white substance that was all over the floor in toy isle........looks like 5 below is not worth it...I'll order online from now on......

Amazing service!!! I went in to get my ears pierced, was a little skeptical at first but this stores employees made it super safe and were super caring. I had a great experience, also you can’t beat their pricing.
