“I came in for a scheduled appointment with another person. Jon was running a few minutes behind, he came to the front and apologized, thanked us for our patience, and stated that he would be done momentarily. The person I was with was on a tight schedule and expressed frustration in a displeased manner. Ultimately, what stood out to me wasn’t the delay but it was how Jon handled it. He remained calm, polite, and professional, acknowledged that our time was valuable and accepted responsibility for the inconvenience without being defensive or dismissive. To me, that said far more about his character and the culture of the facility than all of the information he provided.
Even after the delay, he didn’t rush through the introduction or the tour. Throughout the tour, he greeted members by name, and every interaction felt genuine and authentic. It was evident that he knows and values the people who work out there.
Yes, the gym is smaller than many commercial facilities, and the membership is more expensive. However, I believe you’re paying for more than equipment, you’re investing in an environment where people are treated like individuals rather than membership numbers. That kind of personalized, human experience is becoming increasingly rare, and in my opinion, it’s well worth it.”

“This place is great. I walked in here four years ago with absolutely no experience whatsoever and was immediately welcomed in by everyone. Matt Is the heart of the place and keeps track of all our skills and progress. Ruben‘s a hell of a combat coach and Chris kills it at strength training.”
