Middlesex Health Primary Care is a practice with many long-term patients, some for over 20 years. Multiple doctors are highlighted as wonderful, the best, caring, thorough, attentive, compassionate, personable, and proficient. They listen, take time with patients, and offer excellent professional advice. Nurses and most staff are courteous and professional. Appointment wait times are typically short, and any wait is considered worth it. While most front desk staff are fine, one can seem tough, and there can be some hassle with the call center. Overall, patients report being extremely happy with their experiences and highly recommend the practice.

Dr. Lahtinen has been my primary care doctor for years. She both caring and thorough in her approach. I have never had to wait more than 10 minutes for my appointments. The staff has always been courteous and professional.
