Amazing service, and the tech-savvy crew new their stuff. If it wasn't because I new where the knick on the windshield was, I wouldn't tell it was serviced.and they gave me a heads-up on other issues I had that I wasn't aware of. Thanks again Safelite team

Work was done faster then expected and everything was clean. Just as a note, they are located next to Apria Health Center, not next to firestone like their Google pages insists upon.

Went in this morning appointment to have my 2013 Honda CRV front windshield replaced. I was friendly greeted as I came in and was serviced immediately. Job took just a little over a hour. Did a phenomenal job l, nice and clean install. They acknowledge a couple things that I was supposed to do as the window was curing from the adhesive in a couple days. Great customer service and professional work. A+⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I am ase certified Technician been in the field for about 7 years. I've never had such bad customer service and miss information.In my life hiring technicians that will tell you one thing and then they bring it in and tell you a different thing Wouldn't it even work on my vehicle after telling me after looking it will be fine will never recommend someone there again

They never answer their phones, they’re not very knowledgeable about their own policies/ pricing, very uninformative, and I have had to go back twice because they did not glue my mirror mount back up in my car and had to drive with it falling off for a day. Then the rubber on the side of the windshield started flapping once I passed 70mph. The service guys were sweet and did an overall decent job (hence the 2 stars) but as a whole, I’m disappointed.

Yeah forget about actually talking to a person I wanted a few technical questions answered before I had service performed. Tried calling their phone number got the runaround by their automated service no matter which way I went I could not talk to a physical person. What if I had an issue with my installation? I can’t physically talk to somebody!!! no thank you!!!

Got my back driver window replaced on my new car and on top of ruining my vent visors the guy didn't even clean the glass up which ended up hurting my dog the guy put a dent inthe door from the inside out!!! They gave me the wrong vent visors to replace multiple times and now won't even answer any calls or get back to me. Its been over 3 months. This is absolutely insane this is my brand new truck that's not cheap. The fact that safelite broke my vent visors didn't clean up and dented my brand new door and now theyre acting like they didn't do anything? Not answering? This guy deff had no idea what he was doing but to now not answer the phone or emails or anything .. what kind of business is this are you serious? Seems like this is a constant issue reading the other reviews

I’ll start by saying that in the end, my windshield was replaced as expected. However, it’s hard to reach anyone. The phone rings and rings and then hangs up. The first windshield that was ordered they said came in cracked. But then another one wasn’t available so we had to use OEM part. Like was the first one really broken or wasn’t there one available then? The employee at reception couldn’t answer questions. A lot of our exchanges were us asking and him saying “I don’t know and the person that might know isn’t here”. Finally, we made an 8am appointment but work didn’t start until 11 because they “had so many 8am appointments”. I don’t think that’s how appointments are supposed to work. Anyway. I hope this windshield doesn’t leak or shatter and all the electronics in it still work. I don’t want to have to go back. Not totally impressed.

I'm honestly not sure what the point of a 4-hour window is when they do not show up within that window, can't give you an estimate of when they might actually show up, and then still expect to be given 2 hours to complete the work. Do people really have entire days they can just sit around waiting?

Had our car broken into at the COMFORT INN AT 1330 Silas Deane, Wethersfield, CT. Someone smashed the front passenger side window. The wonderful people at this location taped our window up within ten minutes and had us on our way Very nice, professional and empathetic to our situation.

Highly recommend this place! Very professional staff and the technician introduced himself and asked if there were any questions. Everyone there was very friendly. The wait time was sooner than expected too.

Brought my classic Acura to get a new windshield and everything seemed to have went good, a week later I encountered heavy rain and my car filled up with water. Headliner, leather seats and carpet fully saturated. They installed the wrong windshield seal leaving visible gaps for water to get through. Essentially ruined my car. Worst part is the shop didn’t care enough to call me back to rectify the issue.
