i ordered a large fruit torte for Christmas. Unfortunately, the torte's filling was not a usual custard but a substance similar to CoolWhip. At $29.99 it should not have been prepared this way. The overall taste of the product was not commensurate with the price.I have had different store bakery cakes but usually found the quality and taste lacking. Too much sugar and perhaps artificial ingredients. I thought the fruit torte was a safe alternative. I was mistaken.

very racist the head of the store or what ever she was a blonde woman working cashier. decided to yell at my fiancé a 6'4 African american male because we were looking at the toys by her cashier. exclaiming we were stealing when we in fact had our receipts from our prior Marshalls trip inside our Marshalls bag. she refused to listen and kept yelling causing a commotion.

never has their own brand shop rite low fat peach yogurt even on a friday going into the weekend Talked to the dairy manger he said ill order it for monday! you should order everytime your out and if you go through it faster order more! customer service wasted 15 minutes of my time on the phone just to tell me they can't put a case aside for me to pick up and pay for it.

So I recently moved in the area and I've tried out stop & shop first I know I want to ShopRite a couple of times. I'm a couple times that I've gone to ShopRite I absolutely had the best time shopping. I am disabled so I rely on those motorized carts. So I have never had any problems for getting one that works.The staff there is awesome !!

I don't normally write reviews but this experience was just ridiculous. Did a full shop, one of the items was Blue kitten food chicken recipe. Price below item said $9.49 and label read Blue kitten chicken recipe. It rang up as $14.49 so I asked them to change it. They came back with the price label and said it didn't match the upc so even though that was the only label below the food (and the only blue kitten food they sell) they wouldn't honor it. Sam said she was the manager and it was against their policy to do so. This was the store's mistake, I'm just flabbergasted they wouldn't fix it.

If I could give negative stars I would. This is a review of their ShopRite From Home service (if you even consider it a service anymore). This store and service was great when they first opened. The staff was wonderful and the service accurate. It's horrible now. Their current ShopRite from Home a manger is just not interested is making anything right for customers if there is and issue. I recommend you avoid using this service and use Stop and Shop across the street or a Walmart down the road for their pickup. Their customer service at this ShopRite from Home is just horrid. Save yourself time, headache and money and shop some place else if you want pick up options.

Hello, I Visited your Shop Rite in Cromwell tonight. And you have a lawsuit on your hands. Your employee: YOUR MANAGER of the store is guilty of disability discrimination. This needs to be corrected and I will never enter a ShopRite ever again as it is clear to me that you are not educated in neurodivergence. I entered your store with my Service Animals, prescribed to me from my doctor for which I have official paperwork and Service Animal training paperwork as well. Upon asking where the restroom was, Your Manager told me that I could not bring my dogs in - I kindly told him that they are my Service Animals to which he responded with cruelty, judgement, and profound ignorance " you don't look disabled to Me " then proceeded to condescend, use deragatory language and walk away from me as I told him that not all disabilities are visible and that he needs to be educated in how you speak to people who need their Service Animals and those who have disabilities need them and not all disabilities are visible (especially to someone who is so profoundly cruel and unnecessarily posturing of his position of power - I honestly worry about the well being of your employees. Perhaps your manager is racist and that is why he spoke to me and was unwilling to believe me. Seriously, f*** you ShopRite - now it's my turn to be an a******* f*** you. Clearly; he is ignorant, rude, violently tempered, and your store is a lawsuit waiting to happen if these are the kinds of awful and cruel people managing your store. I kindly offered to him to show him my Service Animal paperwork: he already had written me off. Please get an education and be more mindful. Some disabilities are difficult for ignorant people to notice and understand and those that are educated know to never ever treat a person with special needs the way your manager treated me tonight. I am disgusted and appalled.

Excellent store with fully dedicated managers and their team. I placed a wedding party order and within a short period of time they delivered on their promise! I am glad to have a ShopRite store within my community that is dedicated towards their customers Sohrab A.

Good store but my review is more about hiring system. This store always have signs up that they’re hiring for all positions, right. My son applied as soon as he turned 16 years old. Never heard from them, so I told him call them. He calls them and was told to reapply, which he did, not once, twice but three times. The last time he reapplied was because I had talked to the store manager and he told me to have my son reapply and to let the hiring manager know and that I spoked

The hiring manager, while on the phone with me was very rude. She asked to speak to my son, my son talked to her and she was rude to him and to top it off she shuts him down by saying we're not currently hiring teenagers. Now I understand why this store is always seeking help, nobody wants to work with someone like that. So in a way I'm glad my son is not working for this store or with that hiring manager. I'm probably wasting my time writing this but I hope that the store manager or whoever it may concern would read this.

Love this store! Ordered 4 dozen cupcakes for my son and DIL’s baby shower this past weekend. Took my chances; never taste tested. They were an absolute hit with everyone!! (The Nutter Butter’s were the most popular.) Not only were they beautiful, they were delicious! Traveled very well from Berlin to RI. Thank you ShopRite!
