I had an excellent experience here! I got the lemon spa pedicure and felt my technician was extremely thorough. Facilities were clean and products felt high quality.

I went to Tiffany Nails & Spa in Cromwell and when I walked in they only have 4 people in there. The lady told me that they couldn't help me. Me, being a black woman and spent money with them before was shocked😲, I said what did you say, again she told me that they couldn't help me. Now as I was turning to walk out another woman walked in (white woman) and they ask her to pick out her color. I will never go there again, and I suggest that if you're not white or considered yourself white, I wouldn't go there. That was very hurtful and inconsiderate. Black women don't waste your money or time, their are better nail shops in Cromwell. Fancy Nails is great

I absolutely love the staff at this salon and the quality of work they do. Cherry and her team are always welcoming and do a fantastic job with both manicures and pedicures. While they take walk-ins, I always make an appointment. I Highly recommend them!

I have just moved and needed to find another place because 30 miles is a long ride to do my nails. I looked at 3 places and they just didn't catch my eye. Then I wanted to have sushi . It is in a. Plaza . As I was waiting for my food I decided to walk around the Plaza. Then I saw Tiffany's. I went inside and asked to use the bathroom and their was no question. They let me know where it was. I really didn't need to go to the bathroom. I just wanted to see if it was clean. I was so impressed. I went to the front and asked if I could make an appointment for a refill. They said, of course. I made an appointment with the owner, but at that time, I didn't know that I was speaking to the owner. I came back the next day, and my appointment was at 12 pm. She was sitting their waiting for me.I have been here 4 times and never had to wait. This salon is wonderful. I have been doing my nails for a long time. I will never go anywhere else. Cherry took care of me,she is the owner wh8ch I wasn't aware of, I call, to make appointments and she always answers the phone. They also do pedicures, manicures, dip powder, and much more. I am writing such a long review because this is a family business, and they care about their customers and deserve the credit.

My life has been going to Tiffany's for over a year now. Yesterday, I really wanted to get a pedicure. My wife told me to go where she goes, which was at Tiffany's. I was just a walk in. They asked for me to sit down and someone would be with me. About 4 or 5 minutes they call me . When I went to the chair and the nail lady made me feel very comfortable and she gave me a glass of water. At that moment, I felt very comfortable. My toe nails were horrible. The nail technician made my toe nails look like I was 40 years old and I am 61. After everything was done . I was given a nice little massage on my shoulders, I almost feel asleep. I have never received a toe manicure before. I can't believe I was missing this out all these years. This a honest family establishment . I am so happy my wife asked me to come here to just try it out. For now on I am going to Tiffany's. Thank you.

This is a family owned business by a woman named Cherry and her husband, Eason. Her sister also works there, along with other friends of theirs too. I have been going to Tiffany Nails for YEARS now and I absolutely adore Cherry (and everyone). Cherry does an amazing job with my nails, so much so, that she is the only person I trust to do them. Their pedicure services are top tier too. I get my nails done every two weeks like clockwork, so I am there very often. My husband, my kids, and my entire family know about Cherry, her husband, and even her son Harrison! I will never not go to Tiffany Nails, as they are the only salon that I trust. Their prices are fair, the salon is clean, and the service is great!

I go to Tiffany’s often for pedicures and once in a while for fills. They do a great job. They are kind and they really take into consideration what you want done for nails and designs. Here’s my recent nails :)
Update: I still go here often and I love it. Cherry does such a great job. I’ve added a photo of my recent Christmas and Fall nails to this review :)

Former nail tech here I decided to treat and pamper myself getting my nails done for vacation. This place is a ripoff they don’t have a price list so they can charge you whatever and make their own prices up. a fill was 60 dollars 60! The nail work was terrible every shape and size I had on my hand and when I had them fix it you can tell the lady was upset going off in her language. I will never come back here very unprofessional they use cheap products and charges an arm and a leg. Never again! I had to fix the work that was done complete waste of money and my time.

Honestly one of the worst pedicures I have ever had. They rush you and barely spend time giving you a massage. Paid for a spa pedicure and she was done in 20 minutes? What a waste of money!
