This store is really a joke and employees are rude. I paid for air and air pump wasn't working. The employee called the supervisor and he refused to refund and told me to deal with CSC company.

we were in the bathroom, my friend who is currently in the middle of transitioning came in with me because i was not feeling well and they made sure i was okay. While in the bathroom the Man on shift was rushing us out the bathroom. Demanding for us to give him the key and that we needed to leave, we did not have the key the bathroom was open. we stated that we did not have the key and he kept on stating to “give me the key”. prior to going to the bathroom we asked for the key and realized the bathroom was open already and that he would lock the bathroom once we left. after stating several times we did not have the key and that he stated he was going to lock it after we left, we asked if we could just buy a water and head out, he stated no we needed to leave. this place has terrible customer service and i will never be coming here again.

I drove into this 711 to use the air pump. I put my credit card into the pay section . I read the notice stating that the worker inside the store needed to turn the pump on from inside. I went inside and asked the worker and he did ask another worker who had more knowledge to do it.After using the air pump I noticed that the pressure in my tires went down and not up. I went back inside to inform the worker who told me they have been having trouble with their air pressure hose.
I also read a small sign that said the air was free during business hours. I went back inside to tell the worker I used my credit card and was told I would not be charged , but upon checking my account saw that it was charged by 711.

The night clerk Jairo instructed me to cancel my Uber Eats pick up order and that resulted in losing $15 because Uber Eats charges you for canceled orders after the store begins gathering items. Then.he ignored me when I tried to get the problem fixed. Instead he went outside to smoke and hit on some woman who seemed to have psychological problems and should not have been.left alone .

So you sell the $10 lotto scratch off- then refuse to cash it when the customer win back $10?
The pathetic excuse “they have no money!” What????
Why even sell lottery? If you can’t let customer use winning $10 scratch off to purchase another ticket? Connecticut lottery should hear about this one…

The chef at the food court station was the best. He told the guys in front of me not to have something cause it was too old and suggested something else. Then for me he asked if I wanted certain spicy add-ons but would have been cool if I said no. The was was he asked if a had I tried a milk cinnamon based drink. Gave me a sample then said it was only a dollar. Just a chill dude that made that 7-11 experience enjoyable!

I was never much of a 7-11 person until this location was opened. However, that changed when the Assistant Manager, SUNNY started working there. He's amazing! He's courteous, friendly, listens to the customers needs/wants and acts on them accordingly. The store has definitely improved since Sunny has been promoted, he makes coming to this location a pleasure and fun. As for the 4stars...there's always room for improvement!. But I would give Sunny 5 stars. Keep it up 7-11... Sunny will help this location to be Awesome!

I am at this 7-11 six days a week. Now I won’t be going there at all. I walked in there today as usual and grabbed my drinks and got gas. When I was paying for my drinks, I asked Paul (he had a speedway tag on) for one of the bags with handles. He then proceeded to scream and used profanity while screaming at me that I cannot have that bag with the handles. I of course defended myself. So unless you want to get screamed at don’t go to this 7-11

This place has pretty cheap gas that's about the only good thing about it. If you're trying to buy something, get ready to wait 20 minutes in the checkout line because they can't seem to run more than one register at once no matter how many people are working

Horrible place to work they are unprofessional I was told to start at 6 am the manger wasn’t there I was sitting waiting for him for 2 hours then left because he didn’t show up to find out i got fired because he never showed up
