Don’t want to take it out in the woman who cut my husband’s hair she did a fine job. On your site it says men’s haircut $38.00 and up. Ok he did not have his hair washed he only got a trim, and your establishment charged $53.00. That will be a One and Done! Rip Off!!

Had an appt booked online from 1-2:45 for coloring and when I got there the lady said my “hair would need more time because of the color and she would need an hour straight” and to come back the next day. Wait..what? Wasn’t the original appt for more than an hour!? Left but called back just to confirm her reasoning again then it was because of other in between appts…or that she didn’t want me to walk around with a different color than asked (which I didn’t care about). Why bother even scheduling the appointments online if this stuff happens ?

My father Went to this lady Mary for a haircut she ran almost an hour and a half late! She is all over the place, never on time, and is very sloppy. The price was way too much for a haircut that was uneven and looks not finished at all. What was also disgusting is she does not know how to treat her workers treating the little assistant like a maid!! It Was sickening! I would not recommend! I hope that little girl leaves and finds a better job because she was not getting treated fairly neither do the customers who she had waiting for hours!Service: Haircut

Veronica made me feel like I had been going there for years and hair came out so good. I was a walk-in and the owner and Veronica took the time to talk to me about what I wanted during a time when they weren't able to take me in right then. I'm so glad I made the appt.

I had an appointment for a hair color, with my own boxed color. I was quoted one price, that I agreed to, that I had done a few times at this salons. I went 2-days before Christmas, to have the color done & when I sat in the chair, the owner, told me they made a mistake, that the price should be over, the double amount!!!!!!!!!!! I said I had been getting it done for quite some time here & that I would like to get it done at the agreed upon price, she said no, I need to make money. I was floored! She was very rude, disrespectful & as a business owner, you would think she would know how to work with customers/clients. I need to let anyone interested in going to this salon, not to go! They will make up a price, & tell you they can do what they want. I was disgusted with the salon & the owner. This was 2-days before Christmas, I wanted it done for Christmas/New Year, now I can't get an appointment until well after the new year - thanks Accente Salon! This is terrible of any business, especially a small business in a town like Ridgefield, during COVID, not smart! DON'T GO - they are awful!

I came to Danbury for my sons wedding and was very unfamiliar with the area. I called Accente Salon but they did not have any availability for I needed. However, the owner called me back and advised she was willing to come in to assist me! She also called around and found me a makeup artist! She also gave my son a wonderful cut. When my hasband came to pick me up, she cleaned him up for free! What a wonderful experience! She did a great job!Services: Hairstyling

Hi it’s kamilah. Thank you so much for this first experience Mary. It was amazing and I felt welcomed and comfortable. When Mary came in the door she was very friendly and warm, she was able to help me with my short natural hair. She has amazing insight on hair and great technique!
I will be back a second time, this is my new go to spot for when I need my hair done. I was hesitant to go into any salon but she made me satisfied. The whole time Mary kept me entertained and I appreciate that.
