Apple Danbury Fair Mall is an official store located within a clean and friendly mall. The store offers product demonstrations, such as for the remarkable Apple Vision Pro, with patient assistants who are happy to answer all questions. For purchases, there are excellent deals and trade-in options available. The staff, including geniuses at the Apple Bar, are very attentive and patient, even with complicated problems, and help with setting up devices and data transfers. However, during product launches, the pick-up experience can be a painful hustle with long lines, where appointments are required and visits can take over an hour. The in-store WiFi can also sometimes be slow. Overall, customers report good experiences and recommend the store for its helpful service.

This mall is a very nice, clean and friendly place to visit for almost anything you need for home, friends fun and family. The Round 1 arcade is just outside full of claw machines, bowling, pool tables etc. So much to do and eat. A great place to visit with family and friends.
