I need A deep cleaning, plus 4 wisdom teeth removed, and one tooth implant. My “insurance” sucks, so I tried shopping around. Aspen was the third place I went. The first places I went were beautiful local dentist offices with great reviews, but I wanted to try Aspen because it’s a chain so I assumed they’d have better pricing. I purchased their “savings program” before I went. First off, everyone was VERY nice. The people at the front desk were super helpful. But, the problem was the pricing. A deep cleaning at the two other places I checked were both around $800 all in, at Aspen it was $375 per quadrant - so $1500 I’m assuming? Basically twice as much. For the other stuff, I was quoted around $6500 to $7000 at the other places I went, Aspen wanted around $12000, so again, basically twice as much. And that is with me buying their “savings plan”. Again really nice people but I would highly recommend shopping around before you choose Aspen Dental

This was my first visit with Aspen Dental ever. The staff there are amazing! They are welcoming, personable, caring, informative and these are things I look for when someone has a health issue of mine in "their hands". I now look forward to having a long relationship with this Dental office, they really care for their patients ?

Took my daughter in for an emergency on a Saturday and the entire staff was thorough and wonderful ! Very grateful for their pleasant bed side manner and mindfulness of how nervous my daughter was. Highly recommend.

My first visit to Aspen dental was great! Everyone was very welcoming and kind. They explained everything thoroughly and took time to walk you through every step involved in your procedure. They even put together a program to get me back on track with dental health.

Left my father in the chair for over 25 min in extreme pain and refused to pull a damaged tooth. Wanted to do a "cleaning" instead. Do not recommend

As someone petrified of dentists I hate having a dental emergency forcing me to go. I hate that I had to go but am so thankful for everyone at the Danbury office. From receptionist to dentist and dental hygienist it was painless and they were kind, thoughtful and helpful with everything. The office manager even made the insurance process easier and has an amazing personality making him a joy to work with and talk to

The absolute worst experience I've ever encountered. A complete nightmare for nine months and I still don't have a denture that I can eat with, I can't even drink liquids without it falling out. Received multiple past due bills for close to $4,000. After I gave a $3,000. Deposit before opening my mouth. I could go on though I would be typing for weeks. Some racket they have going on in the Danbury office. If they throw in a pig and a horse it would make a complete circus! I will be blowing up social media and other avenues in hopes to help others not become their victims.Be very careful when signing any paperwork. Doesn't really matter they will alter and edit them afterwards.Especially the hygienist laura, she will try to sneak in papers and say..oh it's just recommended. Without telling you it will cost thousands! I was lucky I caught that in time.

I had an excellent experience during my visit at the Aspen dental office in Danbury Connecticut. From the reception desk through the process with the hygienist and doctor Lindley, I was advised as to the conditions in my mouth, and what my options were. I was very impressed that I was given a referral to a specialist who in the doctors opinion could offer results based for my condition. I highly recommend this office to anyone in need of dental care.

I had a good experience at Aspen!They are all very professional and kind. Dr Douglas is a very good dentist, he made me feel secure, and ready for the tooth extraction. I usually get very nervous and anxious to do any dental procedure, but I was able to manage that because I felt that I was in good hands.

I was looking for a new dental office and decided to give Aspen dental a try since they were near my home. I did read some reviews and despite finding some -ones I thought I’d try it. It was not a great experience. I spent an hour and 40 minutes mostly waiting between going from room to room. When it was all set and done, I had only some x-rays and recommendation for expensive treatment and no Cleaning to show for it. I was told they would contact my insurance to determine what my out-of-pocket expenses would be and they would get back to me within the day. Four days later I called and was told that they were so busy which is why they never reached out to me. Needless to say, I’m one and done and will not be going back.
