I will highly recommend anyone to visit the att store in the Danbury fair mall the new Manager Robert is so knowledgeable and professional about his job and also the team he working with I will refer anyone to visit the establishment, before I never wanted to visit the store also I will recommend Mike to anyone plan on visiting the store another person who's very professional and has alot of knowledge keep up the good work!!!!

I had such a great experience at the Danbury mall AT&T store. representative who assisted me, was very polite, professional, and patient with me. He resolved all my issues with both my phones and I left the store very happy. The manager of the store was also very pleasant and made sure that things were going smoothly with my transactions and setting up my phones. I would highly recommend that store to my friends. They also shared information for for TV, Internet, and streaming.

Walking into the store, I was met with Michael, who had over 30 years of experience working with AT&T. He was friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and got me out the door with a new phone in short order. I do believe good customer service is paramount in a day and age where you can buy anything online and have it delivered to your doorstep. I’ll certainly be back for my next phone upgrade.

I visited this store today because I needed an explanation of my bill. In the past, I have experienced paying more to AT & T because of an error made by an associate. Infact, it was hundreds of dollars, and they were only willing to credit back about half. SMH... Therefore, my trust for this company is very small, so when I went in, I had questions, needed clarification and my concerns addressed. Well, Javier did not disappoint me! He was friendly, courteous and very knowledgeable of how the system works. He thoroughly explained my bill, answered my questions and went beyond to fix what needed to be corrected. I left the store feeling better and willing to continue with AT & T. Thanks Javier!!!!!!!

Had a very difficult situation transferring a business line to my personal account. It was very time consuming working with the business office. Our representative, Silverio took so much time and treated us with the upmost care and professionalism. I always use this store for my Apple phones. They are such outstanding representatives. Silverio went way above and beyond.
