I went in to upgrade my phone. Micah was very helpful and even when the store filled up he was attentive to every customer. I tried transferring the data myself and failed, so I had to come back in for help. He effortlessly made everything work and did not make me feel like an idiot in the process. Had a wonderful conversation with him while waiting. Terrific.
