“I purchased a 2018 Volkswagen Atlas in April of 2018 from Damaris Beard. Damaris was just great to deal with. The sales manager was also very good. When I went to purchase the SEL Premium model that I wanted it wasn't available anywhere. The sales manager told me if you don't see it here don't worry we can order exactly what you want. He said it may take some time but we will get it. That to me was just great because I didn't have any issues with waiting. I went to the VW Dealership in Pleasantville in Westchester NY and the sales rep that I dealt with told me they only had one and that would be sold regardless if I bought it or not because not many were available at that time. I brought my vehicle in for service and was really impressed with the service there as well. I saw Damaris and we spoke for quite some time. She asked me about the vehicle and spoke to my parents about upcoming vehicles to look out for. When I decide to get my next new Volkswagen I'm going back to DVW and looking for Damaris. “The people are helpful, very busy though, but they actually seem like they care, I believe they tried, but they came up short, due to insurance issues and communication issues and timeframe issues none of which were their fault.. I believe they treat their employees well and hold lunch parties for birthdays and they document everything and try to be honest and fair and fast , they just couldn't address my issues in a timely manner due to things outside of their control.. I recommend them.. there is a kind lady that when you walk in. Helps you, and then next to her a straight shooter that will draw all over your car and document everything and they are very thorough..”
