  One of the worst experiences I have ever had I will never recommend, the so called employees are no help at all! My phone broke and I couldn't get my information and customer service recommended I go to a Boost Mobile store and the person working didn't want to help and told me to call because they don't allow them to call in the store which is a lie. ! I will never return to this place or any Boost mobile.

  As you see these pepole have the worst service you can ever get they should not be selling lemon aid at a wood hut none speak English in a country that needed for service or have someone there that can would never purchase any thing from this store ........

  Horrible service.The girl who pick up could not speak English.A guy took over refuse to help me ..he said to go on line..I was looking to buy a new phone.. HORRIBLE.I WONT BE NEEDING HES SERVICE EVER AGAIN!!! LEARN English.and how to treat your customers!!!.I would not refer this place to nobody!!!

  El peor servicio en este Boost Mobile lo tuve hoy. Fui a cambiar 3 líneas de T-Mobile para Boost, motivada por la promoción de $25 por linea. Primero comenzó un empleado a hacer la transferencia, luego se va y otro empleado la continua, el cual dura casi 1 hora. Y ayyy sorpresa. Me cobra $185 por las 3 lineas en ves de $75 Disque que para plan familiar no es la promoción. Le estoy diciendo que me lo ponga por separado entonces. Simple matemática, no? A lo que la muchacha de lentes súper irrespetuosa me ignoró y dice que no se puede, le digo que me devuelva mi dinero y dice que solo puede devolver el de los SIM card (que en la promociones aparece gratis) ahhhh y no me devolvieron las sims viejas hasta que no las fui a buscar. Entonces pregunto quién puede ayudarme ya que ella no sabe y está siendo ruda e ignorándome. A lo que ella responde que el dueño pero, que no sabe cuándo va. Al yo insistir me dice que solo va de noche, pero que no sabe que día. Dure 3 horas llamando al servicio al cliente y cada uno le tiraba la pelota al contrario. El punto es tengan mucho cuidado si van a este establecimiento y asegúrense de que les den lo que ofrecen. Ya abrí una disputa en el banco y está bajo investigación.

Talked just after 9am couldn't hear to much background noise. 2pm same noise asked for them to move to a room and what what click. 2 stores run by same people on main.

  I went to recharge my phone and got what I wanted, as well as several products compatible with cell phones!
