Worst dealership ever! Poor customer service, cars are not even up to date with the manufacturer warranties. They don't call back to give updates. Sales department will lie just to get a commission.

Be very aware of this shop! I thought I had landed on a place that I could I could comfortably bring my car if I needed to. Knowing that a lot of these dealerships have an in experienced technicians and Way over charge. I had some warranty work done, and I thought that things were go ing to be fine on the car. Fast forward to noticing a very large leak happening from where Infiniti did a repair. Long story short I was threatened with a $200 fee, even though someone told me to bring in my vehicle to “check the work they did”. I don’t know what they looked at because all they wanted was $750 for a new pan that was fine. Turns out they never sealed my pan properly (no sealant used/stripped multiple bolts! They also left bolts in the bottom of the pan(see pic) Long story short my car was left with no transmission fluid. There is a younger kid that seemingly does not know much, is very rude and is quick to quote a high price while nothing is done. Seems like a new dealership with inexperienced workers.

Love the new Bruce Bennett Dealership! Erika Darby was amazing! I walked in without an appointment and she came up to me right away and asked me if I needed help. I told her what I was looking for and she sold me my new 2023 QX80. Erika was very efficient and loved how she followed up with me after I took my truck home. Everyone at the dealership was super nice! Highly recommend!

Although we did not end up purchasing our car from Bruce Bennett, our sales associate Erica was extremely helpful and patient with us. I felt bad we did not purchase from them since Erica went so far out of her way to help us. If we are in the market for a Nissan or Infiniti in the future, I will definitely be asking for Erika as our associate.

Brought my wife's car in for service. Andy was great. Took time to go everything in detail. Gave me his recommendations of work that needed to be done without feeling pressured that it had to be done or else like at some other dealerships. Had my car in and out pretty quickly and they fixed an ugly scratch on my door for free too!!!! Name one other dealership that does that. NONE!!! The best part was I brought a Subaru to Nisssan. All my cars regardless of make are going to be serviced here from now on. Only negative comment was the waiting area. It is in the showroom and they were playing club music that was a little loud. Maybe add bottle service to complete that ambience.? Thank you Andy.

Hands down the most friendly and upbeat dealership I have ever been in! John was helpful from the moment I arrived to the time I left making sure that all my questions and concerns were taken care of. He helped ease my anxiety of the pressure that salesmen normally put on you. I would recommend him to anyone I know and would go back to him in the future.

I got my wife a QX60, John Estevez from sales did a great job. Was not pushy at all and was willing to help out. The whole process of trading her old car and getting the new car went smoothly with no hiccups. Very pleased with the process.
