this is a hard place to rate because while there isn't much selection for men's clothes, you're guaranteed to walk out with something or another. the savings can be wild here too lol, just bought $210 worth of stuff today for $58.01

I’ve never felt so unappreciated as a customer. Cashier was rude and did not offer a bag for my purchases. Makes me want to take my business else where.

Why don’t you have a public bathroom available at the Danbury, CT store? No having a bathroom available is not acceptable, I have a kid with special needs that can not be holding for long periods. There are older people visiting the store and I can continue on and on with reasons to have a bathroom available….
If you cannot offer a dissent customer service then consider closing the store….

I went to buy some stuff today and I needed to use the restroom, for my surprise the attendant said that wasn’t for public anymore then I replied “ I am no public , I am a costumer!!!!” . C’mom !!!! I just left there with two gifts that I really needed to buy . So , they are losing a lot bc of this bs !!!!! 😡

No public restrooms. What kind of a department store doesn't have public restrooms? Shopping in department stores tends to be longer trips and the checkout lines are unbelievably long, especially at this location. It's just cruel.
