I purchased a dryer from Buzaid because my daughter had just purchased a washer dryer set and raved about them. The process was super easy. I already knew what I wanted when I went in thanks to their easy to navigate website. Jon was very friendly and helpful and got me in and out in under 15 minutes. The guys that delivered my dryer 3 days later were professional, quick and friendly. I highly recommend Buzaid and will definitely be back for all my appliance needs.

Walked into buzaid on Tuesday at 5:50pm (10 mins before closing) found the exact fridge we wanted and it was in my home by 2:00pm the next day. Cant get any better than that. Quick and painless. Thank you Rich!

Great experience! I spoke with Brandon on the phone about a new dishwasher, and it was in stock in their warehouse. The installers came out and installed it the same day. From start to finish, everyone was quick and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend.

I will never buy an appliance anywhere else. From start to finish, I couldn't be more pleased with the service provided, both customer and delivery. After a nightmare delivery experience with Home Depot and Best Buy, I was referred to Buzaid and I wish I had heard of them before hand. Brandon helped outfit me with what I was after and the appliances were delivered within a couple days. The delivery men were extremely polite, respectful, and efficient, too!

Delivery guys Javier & Sean where great. A problem with communication with sales person John. He didn’t tell delivery guys about doors had to be changed. Felt bad for Javier. Hot day!

A great experience with Norman and team. They've helped us replace several appliances over the years, all of which were big box purchases. So far, all has been going great with the replacements, without issue. Lesson learned!

Everything about the experience was fantastic and I am so glad I didn't go with the big box stores. I originally called and spoke with Brandon about a strange custom fit stove issue and he walked me through all the solutions even though I didn't buy anything. A week later my tenants needed a new standard stove and he helped me out again, especially with so many things being backordered. We got a great stove within a few days. Even the delivery guys George and Randy were on time, incredibly helpful, courteous and full of information. I can't speak highly enough of the experience start to finish.

I highly recommend Buzaid appliances , Norman came to our rescue after our builder destroyed our gas range and nearly killed us , Norman replaced and installed it the proper way , he also sent his men out to check our Lp GE dryer that we purchased from them , and yup, my builder yet again installed it improperly !! Norman stands by his products not like my builder !! Thank you Norman!! My whole family will be using Buzaid from now on ....,, I always did !!!

I've been buying appliances from Norman and team for close to 30 years. They are wonderful. Sakes listens and is honest not pushy. Delivery is magnificent. I can't say enough about how I've been consistently treated over the years. Thank you to the entire team.
