TERRIBLE experience!Dropped my wife's car off here on Saturday 7/10 and explained to Alex that there is oil getting to the spark plugs and don't know why and that this seemed to cause the car some trouble starting the day before. I mentioned it may be the head gasket from what I was reading. I also mentioned that I changed the oil just a few days prior and the old oil was different colors of brown and frothy looking.Heard back from the receptionist on Monday 7/12 indicating they found no issues that would cause trouble starting the car but that the car needs front and back brakes and rotors and that they will remove the exhaust heat shield for 1200.00. No mention of there being oil on the spark plugs or what is causing this. This is the reason we brought the car to you guys, I can change he brakes and rotors myself.Never got the chance to speak with a mechanic about the findings or the actual issue and what is causing it. When I mentioned to the receptionist about whether they found anything that would cause oil to get to the spark plugs she said there was no check engine light on but they will check the spark plugs again. I asked how much we owe at this point and she said 105.00 plus tax for the diagnostics. What did you diagnose?105.00 to tell me what I already know. Will continue sharing this experience and will update if the shop decides to reach out to me and make good on this.Thank you.

Took my BMW X5 with multiple issues, all were fixed. I had tried multiple other shops but none knew bmw as well as Cardinale Auto does. They fixed it better than we bought it, and below what other shops charged.

Excellent service. They were able to fix my muffler last minute before I had a big drive home out of state. After diagnosing the problem, they brought me to the car and showed me what was wrong and gave me my options with pricing. They got the work done quickly and the total price came out a little less than the estimate. Great work, honest and dependable. Would recommend.

Brought my daughter's BMW 330i to them after her local SWCT BMW dealer gave her a $5,000+ estimate for repairs including a VANOS for $2,500, a new axle, etc., etc. Cardinale said the VANOS was fine; my daughter had let the oil go down and when oil was added all was good. They said the oil on the axle was actually a leak from a hose above and didn't need replacement. Net, net: $700 later and all was good! Called BMW and they refused to give back $200 analysis fee. "We had our best mechanic on it!" Well, just in case they were right I waited to make this review: 40,000 miles and 2 years later and still all good. Thanks Cardinale for your honesty and integrity. Will never trust a BMW dealer again!!

When my regular mechanics go on vacation, Cardinale Auto is my backup to-go garage. They've always done a good job and very honest. There had been times when they could've convinced me to do a service that would of cost me an arm and a leg; but instead reminded me it was covered under my warranty and that I should go through the dealer instead.
