I had to deal with this branch after my mother passed. I feel sorry for anyone that uses this bank. It is arguably the most incompetent banking experience I've ever had. The bank will initially tell you they can help but then refer you to corporate which is an 800 number. Corporate will then refer you back to the branch. However, You can't actually call the branch, it's also an 800 number. You have to go into the branch at which point they will request you make an appointment. Once that's complete you then have to return at a later date. If they honor the appointment they will once again refer you to the corporate 800 number. You need to get aggressive otherwise you're in for an endless loop. I'm not a fan of big box banks but this particular branch is exceptionally incompetent. A sibling dealt with a different branch in another state on this matter and managed to close out the IRA account in about 20 minutes. Here, we're in our second month with no light at the end of the tunnel.

Went in there to exchange Old dollar coins, We were at first rejected to being told. They didn’t accept old coins, and we had to spend them at stores. When We asked to speak to the manager, The manager said they needed to be wrapped. They gave us only wrappers that fit some of our coins, then tried to tell us they wouldn’t take the remaining unwrapped coins. The manager then said they would make an “exception” for us… while we were trying to discuss our issue with them, they avoided speaking with us and just looked down at the coins. Very unsatisfied with this branch.

Bank cashiers should be more concerned about helping customers instead to send them away, I tried to deposit $123, $50 already wrapped and the rest in old, large dollar coins, as shown in the attached pictures. The cashier initially declined my request, and their coworker yelled from the other cashier that the bank does not accept old coins, and recommend me to use them at stores. I asked to speak with the manager, who agreed to make an “exception”. I waited in line and then she spent 30 minutes processing my deposit, clarifying that the bank does not accept loose coins, even though my coins did not fit in the coin package.

Came here to get a business debit and Patricia was very helpful and tried her best. Christopher's assistance was needed and be was full of arrogance. He attempted to make eye contact to greet him but he didn't do the same. I'm not sure what his problem was but his customer service was 2/5 at best

Rude and attitude. Said they didn't believe information I was just told from a telephone banker. That their telephone banking line doesn't always know what's correct.
Heather grosso was especially sparky and flat out said their telephone banking is not always correct when I mentioned I had checked with them just moments ago.

Failure to adequately staff should be the customers problem, but apparently this manager is so inept at their job they can’t seem to have a functioning branch.
My transition was still done incorrectly and the staff does not even know how to triage the issues at hand.
All I wanted was a simple apology that you were just, not an excuse. Still on hold 13 minutes later waiting to speak to the branch manager also calls into question their time management skills.
Do not bank at this branch. Never got to speak to the manager as the call was disconnected. Apparently customer feedback is also not useful to this manager.

Taking money out of your own bank account is such a task these days, especially with rude employees such as shakira, super sarcastic, talks with her hands alot, no respect for customers

walked in and never got any type of notice from anyone and waited calmly to get taken care of and simply they never did attempt to even speak to me worst experience ever i even closed down my account with chase really disgus experienc. also let pther pass infront of me on line

This review is for the online service! Someone got it right. Chase has out source some services but trained their representatives overseas to provide excellent customer service. Way to go chase . Less frustration no matter when or why you call .

Absolutely 0 star here, I went to get my personal bank statement print and this guy is going through all my accounts with chase. I been chase customer for 20 years both business and personal but just print an copy of statement takes 15 mnts ? He looks suspicious and scrolling up and down with his computer mouse, then looking me ( what the hell?) Usually to print bank statements takes 2/3 mnts maximum, be ware of this guy he could sell customers information to third parties, Never here again
