This review is for the online service! Someone got it right. Chase has out source some services but trained their representatives overseas to provide excellent customer service. Way to go chase . Less frustration no matter when or why you call .

Absolutely 0 star here, I went to get my personal bank statement print and this guy is going through all my accounts with chase. I been chase customer for 20 years both business and personal but just print an copy of statement takes 15 mnts ? He looks suspicious and scrolling up and down with his computer mouse, then looking me ( what the hell?) Usually to print bank statements takes 2/3 mnts maximum, be ware of this guy he could sell customers information to third parties, Never here again

I was super excited to change my current bank to chase until I was asked to come to the bank to provide identification to open my account when I arrived a lady with dark hair and glasses denied me because it was gonna take 30 minutes and that would make her stay 10 minutes more than she wanted I asked her if there was anyway she could just help me out I worked long hours and I had that little time to go and she just nodded her head horrible customer service!

It was my first time at this branch and had one of the best experiences in the twenty somethingyears that I have been a client of Chase. Heather, the Assistant Vice President did an excellent job, she went above and beyond to help me and my family with all that we needed today. Exceptional service, we need more people like Heather at the local branches.

Chase literally lost $23,000 of my money and all they can tell me is that they are working on it in the back office to try to figure out what happened. Meanwhile my money is gone and when I call customer service they told me that I can't speak to a manager and that all they can do is request a callback which will be a few days. Meanwhile other checks are hanging in the balance and this part of my life savings has disappeared. No one can tell me anything except that this never happened before and so they are not sure how to handle it and that they are so so sorry. I am going to have no choice but to contact the media and a lawyer.

I called today to make an appointment to go in and close my accounts. I have a couple thousand dollars in several different accounts and going to an ATM is not going to allow me to get the job done. I was told that I couldn't do that and that no one would get back to me until Monday morning. I understand that they're trying to stay safe but their customer service sucks and they don't make it easy for people to get their money when now is a time when people need their money. If I could give them anything less than one star, I would. This is absolutely the worse, worse, worse, worst bank I've ever used in my life. Nothing about Chase Bank is convenient.

Zero stars. Every time I come here I never get helped I end up standing there for at least 15 mins. Maybe I need to speak Spanish to get help. I currently have a major fraud to my account and now my account is frozen. I can't get any help as to what's going on app only shows so much but I have 3K in charges that are NOT mine. Nobody there helps you . I was told to have a seat with 6 others waiting. I have a 30 mins lunch because of work. I hate hate hate this branch! I'll be looking into another bank because I also have Bank of American and this would have never happened it would have been flagged and not authorized! Chase bank sucks!

We moved out of Connecticut 2 1/2 years ago and sadly had to change banks as there are no chase banks in our area. We came to CT for the holidays and needed some old statements from our old account. David Starr was the person who assisted us. He was so kind and efficient with what we needed. I've always loved this bank and the Newtown Rd location specifically. I don't think 5 stars is good enough of a rating. I highly recommend banking with them. You will not be disappointed!

Went to this Chase branch with the hopes of opening a joint savings account for my fiancé and I. Let's just say that I left there without opening the savings account, was disrespected by one of the female employees for not being American (even though she wasn't either) and wasted my time. I love Chase but this branch is a poor representation of the service Chase provides for its customers. If you need to do anything that can't me done through an ATM, I recommend you go to a different branch.
