I really like this store. It's not huge and you can park pretty close. They have a good selection of items too.

The piercers here used to be lovely, but unfortunately the store has lost a lot of great employees. And yes, getting pierced here is incredibly controversial—pay the extra money to go to a tattoo shop and get a piercing done by a licensed professional, not a minimum wage sales associate.
Still, Claire’s still has a lot of its old school charm. They have a great variety of hair accessories, single and multiple earring packs, and a lot of irresistible Squishmallows.
I stopped in over the weekend to replace some basic studs and the prices have increased drastically. A three pack of studs were close to $14! Save yourself the trouble and go to a piercing shop to invest in quality, not throw away jewelry.

I received the absolute worst ear piercing imaginable here. the worker spent like 10 minutes fussing over the placement and then pierced them in DRASTICALLY different places, and purposefully didn’t let me see it until i had left the store. not sure how you screw up your job that bad. i wound up redoing it myself in my bathroom at home. overpriced, employees are incompetent, definitely avoid.

We recently went to get a second piercing and asked for them both to be done at the same time. She said no problem but another woman came back and didn’t talk to us. She just loaded the piercing gun and did them one at a time. The employee didn’t have us sign any waivers until we paid. When she pierced it the earring didn’t go all the way through and she had to re-pierce it. Made our visit stressful

This Claire's store is really good! It is kinda tight, so you might want to watch where your going so you don't bump into people. Otherwise, this is my favorite Claire's location. I met the manager one day when I was shopping here for a chorus concert I had coming up. The manager is really really friendly and she is the best person to be managing the store! Like I said, I love this location.

I called to make sure they had a tiara in stock for my daughter before driving there. The lady on phone said they didn't have it, but they had several others. I ended up going to the mall for other things as well. Once in store I see the tiara I called about. Not very knowledgeable there. I even had the tiaras name when I called. I also thought they were a little pricey too.

All the products are very interesting also the sales. But the manager jaleesa is very unkind and unpolite Or maybe racist with me and my child. She is suppose to be more friendly if she work with stuff for girls. Bad moment !! I never going back with my childs if her inside.
