I had a phenomenal experience with Fred and the team at Colonial Subaru, who were professional, warm, welcoming, attentive, and got me in a great vehicle! I had been looking for a used Subaru on a budget. Fred was my contact and even though I was shopping around at several dealerships for something in my price range, Fred kept in touch with advice and updates on new inventory, and found me a great car. His colleagues in service and finance departments were equally professional and warm. I highly recommend Colonia Subaru to anyone who wants a great car and personable, stress-free service!

The best car leasing experience I’ve ever had.Kelly was exceptional, I’d recommend anyone work with her. Carlos was great to work with as well.We were on the fence about leasing a car after having several terrible Toyota dealership experiences. We have never had a Subaru before. Kelly was incredibly thoughtful and helped us find something that matched our needs. She made leasing a car an easy decision and process for us.Carlos made the paperwork process incredibly efficient and painless.I can’t recommend this dealership enough and will be referring them to anyone in search of a new car.

Absolutely fantastic sales/service consistently. Always fair and honest. Purchased one car from them and I got such a good deal I went back and purchased another car. Also service my cars there. Montana and Ryan in the service department are kind people, who understand how important a car is to young families. Nice people who do quality work. Highly recommend.

Kelly, our Sales Person was very knowledgeable, friendly, polite and courteous through the entire process. Seth R. made purchasing a vehicle a very pleasant experience for me. I previously visited a different subaru dealership that did not at all provide me with as good customer service. He genuinely took into consideration my concerns, and what I was looking for in a car and helped me formulate a plan that was good for me with absolutely no pressure! What a fantastic car buying experience I had with Fred Artman. This was my second purchase from Colonial Subaru. After retiring from car sales after 20 plus years I was happy to deal with a car professional like Fred. From the initial inquiry until the end Fred followed through. The first CPO Outback I wanted was sold as we were texting back and forth. However Fred managed to find another one that just arrived. My first Red color auto! Lower mileage too. Also my trade was handled very well. Get your next Subaru from Fred! Also ask for Jim Meehan as your Business Manager. He has a great demeanor. Another car pro! My first service for my Subaru Legacy was completed quickly, pleasantly and efficiently. After dropping off my car at the service area the afternoon before my morning appointment, I went shopping nearby and received a call as I was leaving the shopping center that my car was done!
