I recently visited the cvs located on Padanaram road because the cvs on Lake Ave ext did not have the prescription we needed. I also needed another item. First I want to compliment the young lady who was at the prescription pick up line. Her name is Ana. The line was long and she managed 2 registers at the same time keeping the line moving answering questions all with a smile and total professionalism! She was patient and helpful to everyone she took care of. I also needed help with another item which Anaiyah helped me with. She walked me to 2 different aisles helping me look for the item. And when she couldn't find it she looked it up on her phone and found it. Without her help I'd still be looking for it. Excellent customer service. Totally impressed with both of these beautiful young ladies!

For DAYS I have struggled to get a medication from the 35 Padanaram Rd. CVS location. The people in the pharmacy there gave me the run around with an attitude every time I came down or called to check the status of my medication that was supposed to be filled a week ago. And It’s not like I was harassing them every 20 minutes. I was trying not to bother them, but I NEED my medication. After several days of making me wait, they finally tell me they won’t have it and to call another CVS location to see if someone else can fill it. I called the 146 South Street location and not only was the woman I spoke to there SUPER sweet and helpful, it was also immediately ready for pick up within the 15 minutes I called. South Street knows what’s up. Padanaram Rd. needs to take notes and pull the sticks out of their cheeks.

They need to hire more help at the pharmacy. This is a big problem waiting for prescriptions. Waiting over a hour for my medicine is ridiculous. This happens too much here. I can't understand why this problem is not resolved. It seems to be a common complaint from other customers as well.

Although it does not happen all the time, sometimes I find things here that I cannot elsewhere. Today I was able to buy Finger Cots (Protectors). They can only be described as looking like finger condoms. They protect your individual fingers - great for placing atop a bandage, so it won't become wet or dirty as your finger heals.

Very scary that they employee these people. Don't go here if you value your health! Worst cvs in tri-state I've ever been to. As a result I will never go to any cvs again. After getting incorrect medication from them they told me they would call me back & no one ever did! when I finally got pharmacist on the phone he said he only works there part-time and blamed his co-workers and blamed the amount of work he has to do. Absolute clown show🤡

customers are so dumb. I have a prescription thats stock runs out quickly, and can take a long time to fill. Luckily, because I have common sense, I call ahead to see if they even have it in stock before assuming this has been filled. Or I, idk, use their website/app to sign in and check. People are so quick to blame service workers for their own mistakes. I see ppl working the counter get verbally harassed for something that isn’t in their control. It’s ridiculous. And obviously, those people who don’t use common sense and give attitude or yell at pharmacists/ service workers are the ones who come to google and review. Working in the pharmacy must be so stressful and I commend anyone working here. My stuff is always filled on time and just like any service, I wait in line and get it. They’re always friendly. If a customer service rep or pharmacist wasn’t “kind” to you, it’s probably because you weren’t kind to them.

This review is for Andre at the pharmacy! He is one kindest, genuine and helpful person at this CVS which we have been using for the past 12 years! He has always been patient, and goes above and beyond in his service. Thank you Andre! CVS management - he deserves a merit increase!!

This will be my first and last experience of CVS Pharmacy... after reading the other reviews, it seems I'm not alone. Rude, unhelpful and uncaring would best sum it up. I thought maybe I just caught them at a bad time but after reading the other reviews... it doesn't sound like there is a good time. Going to try a small Mom & Pop Pharmacy in the next town.

CVS should be closed. Their automated prescription service sends you texts, and a lot of them, to come pick up a drug, and when you get there, the drug is not on hand. The automated system anticipates that they should have the drug, but does not actually take any inventory, is tied to nothing, and is just a method to get you to the store. They have an arbitrary system where if you don't pick up a prescription by the date they set, you have to get a new prescription for the medicine. I have forced them many times to fill prescriptions that are given to me and are valid for 28 days, or till I need the drug, which is in some cases 90 days. The people at the counter don't know this, and I end up having to set the pharmacist straight, and the prescription is filled immediately, especially after I threaten to call the Board of Health. I am moving my prescriptions to the Pharmacy at Stop & Shop in New Fairfield, where the efficiency is 99% and to Candlewood Drugs, Rte. 37 New Fairfield, where their efficiency is 99%.
