I was there today and a young lady by the name of Natalie, was there and she is so sweet kind. She took her time to help me with my photo book of my grandson. We 100% need more people like her. She values her job and is so welcoming. It was my 1st time there and I will return for help as long as she’s there. Thank you for having her on your CVS team.

I don’t say this lightly: the entire pharmacy staff is incompetent. Honestly some look like they get high and come back to work at 2 pm and it shows. Then you have the night crew who are just so grossly incompetent it begs the question as to who is hiring them and or training them. And you’re lucky if they get your medication right. Might get told it’s ready and come to pick it up only to get told they don’t have any in stock and have to order more. Good luck!

Charged me too much for a few items. I told the cashier. She told me that it took the 75% off but when I got in the car and looked at the receipt she did not take the 75% off which I knew but she had such an attitude and was so rude I just wanted to get out of there.

Pharmacy wait times seem a little longer than average for other CVS locations.
Store selection is good, if a bit challenging to navigate.
At least the CVS app gives a 35% off one full price item every week!

Writing this while standing in a 20+ min pharmacy line....as is usual for this place. The line here is always awful unless it's right before the scheduled lunch when there is some sort of hustle. There aren't ever enough people working to staff the pickup counter properly - can't blame them for staffing issues, but come on. How many bad reviews does it take to change some things? It's been years like this.

I keep telling them what I want and they give me the wrong thing. They have no one working there. The line is out of the door. I wish I had a choice because I wouldn’t go there.

No drive thru due to staffing issues for over a year now... there's almost always a confrontation while I'm waiting in line w the customers being angry w service. You can't reach the pharmacy anymore you have to leave a message and good luck w them returning your call. Going inside w kids and all the sick waiting around for their meds is insane..do better , alot better.

This is the worst CVS pharmacy I have ever entered. The front desk (she) is very rude. I really don’t want to argue with her but she keeps blaming on you. Never come back.

Avoid at all costs. They spend more money on weekly email surveys for the last year than getting to the root of the problem...staffing! Staff try hard, not their fault. They too complain about upper managment. Will be switching pharmacies starting Jan 1.

This CVS is the worst but actually their all pretty awful pharmacy line is always out the door one person ringing and other employees just standing around their automated sytem calls u to say your prescription is ready and u go and they don't have it. I'm switching pharmacys

The pharmacy is understaffed. Some of the staff are friendly, some are not. When I try to call, no one answers the call and I’m instructed to leave voicemail.
