Made an appointment for 4pm on 1/12/24 the lady started working on my fill then 3 women came in to do mani pedi and wax. She simply got up without saying a word and started working on the women that came in and left me at her station. Very rude unprofessional people at this facility. Awful service, do not recommend. Only got the star because I couldn’t post my review

I had booked an appointment at 10:45, and they opened at 10:30. Me and my friend waited for 20 minutes. And it was almost 11, so we left. I feel they should have let us know. But if not then they should open later if they want to come later. I’m very disappointed because their work is really good. What a shame.

I have been going to this nail salon since I moved to Danbury, two years plus. I love how they do my nails, including the pedicure. I go every three weeks because that’s how good the quality is. I make sure I have an appointment. Love this place. Quality !!!

I went to this place a week or two ago and received a gel mani/pedi. I had decent service. However, my fingernails chipped off within a week. I expected it to last a lot longer since I got gel polish, but it was chipping quick. I’m very disappointed considering the amount I spent for it.Also, I went to this place for the first time last year receiving a regular mani/pedi and the polish didn’t even last a few days. I came back to give it another chance, but I don’t think I will be returning here. Their polish quality is not good at all.

I have been going to Lamber at Aimi time for the past 2 years. I have never left unhappy. He is AMAZING at doing nails. He can do any design you ask and he does such a thorough job . He always shapes my nails beautifully, I highly recommend coming here!
