I went for maintenance service for my 2021 jetta. The idiots didnt fill my oil. The maintenance service was 3 weeks ago. This is the last time I'm ever coming here. Too dangerous and time wasting to come here.

Leased a car from John Brennan. Was very helpful in providing the information I needed on the financial side of things. He along with the manager and finance guy I met were all very friendly. Would highly recommend both him and dealer.

Your service team provided excellent customer support by listening to the details of our intermittent problems, taking the time to verify the problems, and delivering two remedies. I understand that intermittent problems can be difficult to diagnose, but the Danbury VW team invested the time and knowledge in rectifying the issues. Great job!

Wish I could say the sales folks here were knowledgeable and seemed like they actually wanted to sell cars.The service advisors can be a little hit and miss here. But Anthony Marias is great to work with. You never feel like you’re getting worked over with Anthony. He’s a straight shooter. I haven’t felt that way with other service advisors here. But Anthony gets them from 3 stars up to 4.

We recently purchased a pre-owned vehicle from this dealership and they honored the warranty to replace the car's battery even after it had expired. It's service like this that earns loyalty and we will be repeat customers for sure. Highly recommend Danbury Volkswagen/Audi.

Hello. I cannot say that I am 100% satisfied with the work done for my car's recall, for three reasons:1) I asked that the inside of my windshield be cleaned and they made it 5x worse. It is disgusting. It is absolutely horrible at night and driving with the sun in front. It is like they used the nastiest rag they could find and then put about 2% effort into cleaning the inside of the windshield. It was all cloudy to begin with, but I'd rather have kept it that way than the streaks and foggy mess that VW left me with.2) It says on my receipt that my car was given a full inspection. So why then do I have this annoying message that keeps popping up asking me to get the car inspected? I would like to know how to turn this inspection message off.3) When I first got it, I drove an hour to Danbury to buy this car. Everything was arranged ahead of time. But I was only told about this recall after I had already driven all the way to Danbury to make the purchase. So for this recall, I had to drive all the way to and from Danbury to drop off the car and then all the way to and from Danbury to pick up the car. I appreciate the loaner vehicle, but VW put me through 4 hours of unnecessary driving and that mileage on my vehicle. On top of that, I was threatened with almost a $6/gallon gas charge if I didn't bring the loaner back with the same amount of gas it had when I got it. Why? Why did I have to pay for any gas for the loaner? VW was inconveniencing me with the need for this recall to the tune of at least 4-5 hours of my time driving back and forth and rearranging my family's schedule, plus the time spent checking in and out, as well as letting me know about it after I had already driven there to purchase. So why was VW expecting me to pay for the loaner's gas? VW should have been reimbursing me, not the other way around.I would like to say, however, that your Sales Manager Al Di Fusco is a true asset to your organization. I have spent my career in sales and sales management, and Al has truly been a pleasure to work with. I appreciate his commitment to service and down-to-earth style. I would gladly recommend him to anyone I know looking for a vehicle.Please let me know how to turn off this inspection reminder.

It was great, staff was super friendly and highly knowledgeable. I was taking care of quickly. Waiting area was clean with plentiful drinks. Rest room was clean and easy to find. Whole process great.

Excellent group of folks to work with. It took me longer to decide on the car I wanted than it did to complete the deal. I worked with John Debonis he was knowledgeable about the cars and extremely professional. I would highly recommend stopping down to see him if you’re looking for a new ride!

Customer service is the best of any car dealership! I feel welcome and it is a relaxing waiting room with TV, coffee, tea and a quiet place to wait. They come to you as you wait and let you know anything new that may be discovered. They wash as clean your car at the end of your servicing and walk you to your car when it is done. Can’t beat it. !!!

While I am pleased with how polite the gentlemen are at the front, my most recent appointment resulted in disappointment. I have an issue with the aluminum skid plate under my car that is loose, as it pops and snaps. While I can clearly hear this, especially clearly while my convertible top is down, the mechanic was not able to (I am not the only one who hears it). So unfortunately I have to take it elsewhere to be fixed. Also, the price to replace a hose (wasn't seen on the last visit) is too astronomical. I am scheduled to come have it fixed, but I may not be able to afford this and hope to find someone who can with a reasonable price. I am just confused as to what my warranty does still cover. l feel like I can't come back here with the very high prices (over $400 to replace a battery last time).

After trying a few different dealers we ended up buying a preowned Atlas from here. We had issues with other dealers being dishonest and evasive, hidden fees and attempts at bait and switches, but not here. This was the one dealership where I felt like our sales rep Daniel was extremely straight forward with us. They are upfront about your out the door price (this was often impossible information to get from other dealers upfront) and their fees are extremely reasonable (we found fees at NY dealerships to be outrageous), and you get the car they advertise at the price they advertise (not so at other dealers!). Daniel also has a style that I very much appreciated, helpful and responsive but never pushy. If we ever need another car I will definitely be back here, and will ask for Daniel P.!

1. The service department asked me to contact the parts department directly for new tires. In my opinion the service department should work with the parts department and not expect the customer to order parts2. Since the car was purchased at the same dealer I would expect the dealer to know what parts are required3. I would expect the dealer to keep tires for all their vehicles in stock4. The wheel alignment was not done correctly. The steering was off center to the left and is now off center to the right.4. Although I requested a recallService, it was not scheduled and the recall was not performed5. Neither the service message nor the low tire pressure message were cleared. I cleared the tire myself easily but it seems only the dealer can clear the inspection.Overall a very poor experience from Danbury VW service department.

I bought a 2019 tiguan brand new, w 6 yrs 72000 mile warranty.Currently it only has 14000 miles on it, I had to fill my coolant resivoir twice within the past 6 months, and when I placed my AC on when it was warm out, it was blowing the same temperature as outside. I placed a gauge on the coolant line & it showed that the r123a freon was.Very low/ non existent, ( obviously since its a closed system, it must a have either a faulty componet, w a leak) after placing a thermometer In The air duct, it confirmed that them min. temperature was reading still a little cooler than the outside temperature. Brought the car to Danbury Volkswagon, three weeks ago, & they said there was nothing wrong? I then just brought the car to my mechanic & they verified what i had found. I can't understand how they're certified Tech / mechanic can miss these basic issue's! Made a second appointmen,, NOT VERY HAPPY AT THE MOMENT.

Everything was great except for two things...1. I got a text at 9:30AM asking me to reply with START so I would get a visual report on my vehicle. I replied START and never got a thing.2. Somebody left my headlight switch in the OFF position. I drove for about 15 minutes Friday Night before I realized I had no headlights on. I always keep it in the AUTO position.
