Erin is professional, attentive, and honest! I'm always so happy with my hair cuts and colors! She LISTENS to what I want, and is patient when she has to explain why something I want may not work for me. She has a special way of breaking down how everything works in a simple, easy to understand way, which makes it so much easier for me to decide on an alternative option with her help! I've never learned so much about hair, hair tools, and hair products before! I leave Erin's salon happy, and even feeling good about having to style on my own!

I unfortunately had one of the worst hair cuts here, I was a walk in which idk I guess walkins can annoy a stylist if they're busy or want to take their break etc. The stylist did have an injured finger at the time and seemed to really rush my haircut. I wanted a hair cut that was shorter in the back and got longer towards the front a (lob) there was such a disconnect between the shorter part to the long part it looked like someone just took scissors and chopped my hair. I went to a different salon to get it fixed. Never went back. Hopefully things are good for this salon!

A bunch of my co workers see Erin and recommended her so I wanted to check out the place and see what she said about my hair. I booked my consultation online about 2 weeks in advance. The consultation is scheduled for 15 minutes. I get there a few minutes early and the receptionist told me to take a seat and Erin would be right with me. I waited for 20 minutes and had still not started my appointment. At this point I had to leave has I had to pick my daughter up from day care. My time is very limited and I couldn't wait any longer. I politely told the receptionist and I think Erin that I had to leave as my appointment was at 515 and it is now a little after 530 and I have somewhere to be. Erin did not even look at me and kept on cleaning her station and said okay. The receptionist just replied the same with okay. No apologies for being late, no I'm sorry what's your name can we please reschedule. It was like they didn't care since it was only a consultation. Even though co workers recommended her. I will not go back to that place based on the response I got for having to leave. I should not have to wait longer than my actual appointment length and it would have been nice for them to pay attention to the time. Horrible experience and very unprofessional.

Jen is AMAZING. She brightened my blonde hair beautifully with natural looking highlights. I'm traveling the country and was nervous to make an appointment outside of my regular NYC salon, but I'm SO glad I did!

I have known Erin for years. Every cut, chemical service, or style has always been nothing short of amazing. Erin is always extremely friendly and shies her best to accommodate clients. I highly recommend her!!

Erin is spectacular in both cut and color. I change colors frequently and am always happy with what she does. I went through many hair stylists before I found her and have been with her since she has opened. If you are looking for a great stylist for a cut and color at a comfortable welcoming salon then this is the place!!!!

I've been going to Erin for several years now but today was my first time at her new place. Her salon is easy to find and convenient since it's right off of 84 and near Target. But most importantly, every haircut she's ever given me has been a 10 out of 10. She does exactly what you ask for but if you're looking for some help, she's great at giving advice on what would look good. She has also cut my daughter's hair (age 4) and was fantastic so I would recommend her for kids' cuts too. And she's a really nice person which always helps! I highly highly recommend you visit Eclips on 6, you won't regret it!
