How difficult is it for ordinary consumers to safeguard their rights? Eddie Bauer company arbitrarily tramples on consumer's rights and interests. Their customer service line goes unanswered, and the initial email responses were perfunctory and official. They handle problems carelessly without actually resolving them. After receiving photo evidence from the customer confirming that the clothes were lost in transit, they did not send a replacement as requested, causing great inconvenience to the customer who couldn't receive the clothes within the expected timeframe. Eventually, they agreed to issue a refund. However, even after sending three emails, they only agreed to refund $149.6, which was the price of one item, but in reality, they only refunded $64.9 (the customer purchased two items together). Not only was the refund for the lost item of $149.6 not issued, but they also deducted $149.6 from the customer's account without consent and took the money twice. The first item was received about a week after making the payment, priced at $64.9. The second item was paid for at the same time as the first, but according to the official website, it would be shipped and the customer should receive a notification via SMS and email, which never came. After checking with FedEx, it was discovered that the package was lost. FedEx advised the customer to contact the merchant, thus leading to the previous communication with Eddie Bauer. When you choose to ship goods, you should ensure the rights of consumers. Customers paying in advance is a sign of trust in your company. Playing with consumer rights puts the brand's trust at risk. Neglecting customer service signals the downfall of a company. Either you address the customer service issue or start a deep investigation into the operational team's service methods, which may be the underlying cause leading the company towards bankruptcy.

Great clothing for men. Womans sizes are not correct, usually need to go up one to two sizes to fit properly. ??

This Eddie Bauer store is awesome! They have a ton of great outdoor and adventure stuff! The interior is decorated well. Without doubt I recommend going to them! Have a great day!

Their clothes are a little pricey but you can not beat the quality. And that is more important . Their clothes will stand the test of time and people will think they are brand new .

I loved the service today with a young man on the phone and later a young woman at the store. She made my visit truly enjoyable while returning some slippers. The transaction was quick and painless (compared to Amazon!) I will shop local (not online) from now on and hope everyone will continue to support businesses like this.

This is really a beautiful store. It's really clean and everything looks really warm and beautiful. There were already Christmas things out. The service is really friendly and helpful. That always makes shopping better. This store is at the mall in Danbury so there's lots of parking. It's on the lower level.

I've been coming to this Eddie Bauer for a LONG time but I've never felt inclined to post about it until now. I only wear EB pants because they're super comfortable and I used to come here for the XLTall shirts when they were the only ones doing them. That's not the reason for the review though. Most times I have a so-so experience with the staff because I know what I want and I don't talk much. This time, the manager Ty made such a good impression with his friendliness that I actually bought something different from my usual and widened my style a little. If you knew how many times I've bought the exact same pair of black pants, you would be impressed. Huge shout-out to Ty, you should give that guy a raise ?

Hands down the best customer service I've ever experienced! Today my jacket tore by the pocket and I called up the local EB and the Manager Joe called 3 different EB's to help me get my jacket. Even went as far as holding a similar jacket just so I can try it on when I got there.

My favorite clothing shopping ?Not much deal going on which is downside of my shipping experience. Usually I bought little more than I thought but this place didn't make me shop enough. Please shoppers find out why, it could may solve my curiosity!!Love it ?
