Worse customer service experience. Bought a sneakers went to return with id , the credit card I used also the statement from the card ( couldn’t find receipt) and they said no can’t return this is RIDICULOUS

Bilingual individual with curly hair showed great assistance and customer service thank you guys was able to help me communicate with my wife in getting her correct size who barley spoke English

Switch back to regular bags. Those nap sack bags are not 1 size fits all- they mess up the box when the box is to big for the napsack…….

Terrible customer service at the finish line-macys! I was looking for shoes back in December and the sales associate was very annoyed when I asked for my size in 4 different shoes....came back saying he had nothing. I ordered them online and went back to return the ones that didn't fit, again I saw annoyed faces!2 weeks ago I went there again to see if they can help me with an exchange since my shoes were defective, this time, this 2 girls were very disrespectful and attacked me saying it was my fault the shoes were like that...no manners whatsoever!! HORRIBLE experience

The tall guy you guys just hired truly sucks. He couldn’t do as much transactions as I asked as if him doing more transactions will make the shift go faster for him. He’s rude, negligent of others. He’s also always goofing off, I suggest you guys fire him. It’s been 1 to many times he’s shown to be unprofessional.

Worst customer service EVER. In serious need of new management. Carlos is the most disrespectful manager I have ever witnessed in my life. I will never come back to this location ever again. Thought finish line was better than this.

Not one employee welcomed the customers, or offered to assist. I quietly waited for assistance but they continued to talk amongst one another knowing I was there. It was a shame the cashier was the only one to come over to offer assistance and patiently assist and advise. If there was a manager in the store it must have been the cashier. If not, I would say no and/or very poor management to allow the employees to cluster in one place and help no one. I never make a fuss, I'm the quiet customer that doesn't complain. Sometimes when I do see an employee with potential I tell them how great their customer service is. Of course, we are all aware a mention in any way of bad customer service can spread like wildfire. We should also spread positive comments as well ?

They were very nice. I saw a shoe on display that had a sale tag on it. Was told that it was for a different shoe but they will honor the price for me. It is refreshing to know thay they will stand by any accidentally done discrepancies and be polite about it at the same time. Thank you. Thay is how you create loyalty.
