I not recommended this place, they are super rude,I walking in to this place early morning and they take 6 hours to install a one headlight please don't coming here to get stress, this people not good.

Words cannot deacribe the service the staff provides. Mechanics are phenomenal, respectful, and hardworking! Drew and Roy are so trustworthy and honest. They tell you the truth, upfront and are always ready and willing to go above and beyond to ensure the service you receive is nothing short of immaculate. I trust this place more than a dealership! Id drive an hour just to know the great staff here will take care of you. I want to say THANK YOU to everyone. Thank you for making my experience a positive one, every single time. My experience at Firestone in Danbury was outstanding! Drew Preusse and Roy Zyko should really be commended for their work as Firestone employees. I've been in this Firestone twice in the past 3 months and both times they went out of their way to demonstrate their professionalism, pleasant attitudes and extremely hardworking nature. During both appointments I waited for my new tires. During that time I saw every customer who entered the store being provided with excellent customer service. Each person was greeted immediately, questions were answered and descriptions of what needed to be done for each customer were given. I live in Fairfield and travel to Danbury because the customer service by these two employees is that good. I hope that this review finds its way to the people within the company who do the hiring. These two men should really be commended for their excellent work. I would not go anywhere else for my tires! Thank you!

Phenomenal customer service, Drew and Roy are great at their jobs and should get raises, I sincerely mean that. I had a blown out Bridgestone tire on my 8 month old Nissan Rogue and was hoping that my local Mavis could assist me with the warranty process. They were not helpful at all. Bridgestone recommended I visit Firestone Complete Care, nearest to was Danbury, a 30 minute drive. At this point I had been driving on my spare for 3 weeks and Drew understood how much I needed a new tire. He contacted corporate within and hour of my appointment and I received a full warranty! He ordered me a new tire, Roy called me today at 2:00 to tell me it arrived, the rim was on and ready to be installed. I arrived at Firestone at 3 and was out the door in less than 45 minutes. These guys are AMAZING!! I cannot thank this team enough, EXCEPTIONAL service!

I went in for an oil change I had an issue with my drain plug on an older Volvo I own. Roy and Jordy were outstanding, Jordy took the time to show me the washer was the issue as I had a small drip from the plug. My previous mechanic used a washer that was spent. I live 3 minutes from the Brookfield location but only come here because of guys like Roy and Jordy thx again for the great service.
