It was such a pleasure to work with Sonia Lopes from the Danbury floor and décor store. She helped us design three brand new bathrooms. She was creative, very knowledgeable, and most importantly, listened and cared about what we wanted. She is a gift.

I just want to take a minute and recognize Janet, our Designer, for the positive customer experience that we had during a recent visit to the Danbury location of Floor & Decor. Her patience, attention to detail and understanding of what we were looking for helped to make the experience pleasurable and easy and we couldn't be more pleased with the wall tile and flooring products that she helped us select to help transform our bathroom into the vision we were looking for. I would highly recommend Janet and the rest of the Floor & Décor support staff for all your tile and flooring needs.

They gave us samples to take home, neither had any sticker on the back with the name or number of the product to order it. So we had to go all the way back from New Milford about a 25-minute drive to get the name and model number and it took a weight of 20 minutes to return just the two samples. The staff at the register was less than friendly considering their error

I visited Floor & Decor in Danbury and had the pleasure of meeting the manager, Rob. He was actively walking the floor, checking in with customers to see if anyone needed assistance. Rob was not only knowledgeable and informative, but also personable and easy to talk to. I walked in with just a rough idea, and he went above and beyond to help guide my decision-making. Thanks to his expertise, I had a great experience. I highly recommend this store and fully intend to return for future home renovation projects.

Today was the most bitter experience of my life, having come to buy material in this place, the person who was attending in the pro area was a disrespectful guy and asked about a type of material they needed, he never knew how to answer, he was not kind, he had no respect towards the customers and I have been buying material in this place for years and this has never happened when I have needed to ask a question, people have always answered my question, but this guy, I don't think he loves himself because he was more bitter, not even my grandmother who is 90 years old, is not as bitter as this guy, I do not recommend visiting this place because the people are not kind, they are not respectful, the only thing they care about is money but they do not know how to treat a customer well

I was going to buy my tile here and the rest of my supplies at Home Depot. Came here and the prices were the same but the service!! Rob walked me through the installation process and what I would need and the best way to go about it. He endured my million questions with a smile. Without question, I will return here for any products I need that they carry.

I’m thrilled to recommend Simone Pirre, an incredibly talented interior designer who helped me bring fresh, creative ideas to my kitchen remodeling project. Even though our collaboration was focused on just a few key elements, Simone’s impact was truly transformative.
From our first conversation, Simone impressed me with her keen eye for design, deep understanding of space and function, and her ability to listen closely to what I wanted—even when I wasn’t quite sure how to articulate it. She offered thoughtful suggestions that struck the perfect balance between aesthetics and practicality, and her ideas helped me reimagine my kitchen in ways I hadn’t considered.
What really stood out was Simone’s natural ability to elevate a space with subtle but powerful touches. Whether it was rethinking the lighting layout, proposing a smarter cabinet configuration, or suggesting materials that added both warmth and style, her input made all the difference. She has a wonderful sense of color, texture, and flow that made the design feel cohesive and inspiring without being overdone.

Amazing experience with Sonia Lopes! After choosing the wrong tile for our master bathroom remodel my wife and I didn’t know what to do or where to turn. Thankfully by chance I called to speak with the design department and got in touch with Sonia. We met with her and reworked the design. The outcome is spectacular and we are so greatful for her help. We highly recommend Sonia!!!! Thank you again!!!
