Hire adults and not young kids. If the cashiers are on the clock they should be working and not in a group talking to each other. There was one young girl working on the floor but everyone else I saw was up front behind the registers socializing instead of doing their jobs.

GW is making it hard for people each time it gets worse. Now the return policy is only for electronics and that’s only 2 days! All the other sales are FINAL.
Are they honoring their name, goodwill?
It looks more like a bad will, especially because they get ALL their donations totally FREE and do not pay taxes!
Is this just bad management in Connecticut?

The stank from fragrance foggers or whatever they use was so strong I had to turn around right as I entered. Dangerous health environment if you have asthma or allergies. Thanks for the Instant migraine.

Love this store just as much as the new milford store always clean well stocked great book selections very neatly placed the staff is super friendly great environment an atmosphere.... maybe danbury and new milford can get together and help out the Brookfield store that store is just plain dirty staff isn't friendly not a great atmosphere....

I come here to donate clothes often. The staff is always so respectful and helpful. They come right to my car to help me bring in the clothes. Nice to see store associates, who care.

This is the recently moved location that was formerly in a stand alone building. This one is much bigger, and as of this listing, is a clean goodwill with clean restrooms.

My favorite Goodwill. Moved from small location, to this large location. Clean with great selection. Great shopping area that includes Walmart, TJMaxx, HomeGoods, Marshalls, ALDIs, and more. Grab a Crumbl cookie or two, or six nearby. A great outing!

Excessively overpriced. To pay 12 to 19 dollars a sweater I'll buy at TJMax where I can return if something doesn't fit well and is not already used.

A staff member literally came up behind me and "lightly" but obviously shoved me with the clothes They were putting away instead of saying excuse me because I was browsing "in the middle of the aisle". I know goodwill hires anyone but maybe be careful with the sorry ones

This is a brand new store in Ct and is located where the Walmart is and next to Nampo. The store is super clean and organized but it lacked the essence of what these stores were. I bought a couple of books that I need for my students and they were really expensive compare to other Goodwills I’ve been too. I really loved the other location and the vibe! I really don’t recommend this particular store.
